When I first arrived at the hotel to check in, the the front desk asked me to pay an additional fee to check in. Then, when I arrived for the second time, I couldn't check in, but I couldn't cancel the order. I can't even stay in the hotel....

Very close to the airport, it is said that they can send you to the airport but I haven't tried it. It is only 10 minutes away from the University of Rochester. Breakfast is mainly sausage and fruit. The room is quite big and cleaned every day. American hotels don't seem to provide slippers. If you don't want to go barefoot, you have to bring your own. The surrounding area is quite desolate, mainly a place to rest.
