Hampton Inn Gatlinburg

Pretty sure we found a couple of bed bugs on our luggage bag once we arrived home. Not a good feeling. Also not a good feeling paying what we did rate wise and then having to pay addtional parking fee??

Over all it’s good, the property is over parkway very close to a lot of things, the carpet was stained and the room smells bad little bit but the staff promptly sent the room service to clean it and deodorized it. The breakfast was good the bed and sheets were very clean, every thing else were good.

How ridiculous that they charge $15 a night parking fee and $20 a night coincidental fee. It leaves a bad taste when you check in and a bad taste when you check out.

I was very satisfied with everything, room had recently obviously been renewed , all perfect furniture, and carpet, beds, & bath, JUST OUTSTANDING. Break also big & good! Location right on main street, easy walking anywhere.

We are seniors and I have a problem with hills or steps. We were on the 1st floor which was ideal for us. We didn't have to go up and down a steep incline to get to and from our rooms to the main street where the shops and restaurants were. We will definitely by back! Mu ch much better than the last place that we stayed at. We come almost every year.

Room are clean but outdated Excellent and friendly staff Good breakfast Not free parking? Charged $15 a nite with tax ?

Great location but I had to pay $16.00 to park on their lot overnight. Never did that before! A clear “ money grab”.

Great place to stay. Fireplace in the room was really nice touch. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good.
