The Timber at Holly Branch

Mixed bag. The room itself was gorgeous with high end furnishings. Really enjoyed it once we got in. Gorgeous bathroom and shower. Water pressure could be better. Unfortunately the check in app link we were sent didn’t work on multiple devices and different locations and did not receive prompt response which delayed our check in by 2 hours. In addition, though breakfast is shown as included, their restaurant appears completely closed and it seems construction happening at other sites. Very peaceful and serene overall but wish we had known about the lack of amenities particularly since we intended to have grab n go breakfast available before heading out for our overnight backpacking trip.

What a beautiful place to stay. Loved that it was close to downtown, but far enough away to also be quiet. The rooms were charming, very updated, and very clean. This place was adorable!

We visited for spring break with a family of six and the cabin was amazing! Will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend!

Excellent hotel, spacious and convenient! I was really impressed with how clean and roomy the accommodations were. Having individual air conditioning in each room was a huge plus, and they did not skimp on the towels! The location is perfect for sightseeing since it is close to the national park and the city center. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, amenities, facilities. We stayed 2 nights. The property is right above the Main Street of Gatlinburg. We 2 adults 2 children 6/9 loved that we didn’t have to bother with the traffic and parking but we’re not in a big busy hotel. My 9 year old described this room as “fancy” which I agree it had some nice elevated amenities, tastefully decorated and well thought out design. Texted the host for help with the fire pits with a quick response. We hope to come stay again.

The air conditioner made a very loud humming that woke me and my husband all night long, making that noise every 10 minutes, did not sleep well.

Very clean nice quiet room. Would have been nice to have the restaurant open but we heard it will open soon.
