Reviews of Margaritaville Resort Gatlinburg

We stayed here for a family trip and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, the facilities were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for families!

The location was perfect conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, which made getting around very easy. The overall environment of the hotel was peaceful and well-maintained. The room was spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and the cozy atmosphere.

Prior to booking I was informed check in was 11am and checkout same time. When arriving at 11, I ended up having to wait 4 entire hours. So when you book 2 nights 3 days it’s really only 1 full 24 hours. The resort is pretty over rated to say the least. I won’t be back or recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is friendly, has ample parking, and offers a spa and pool. It's also a great place to relax after a family trip to Gatlinburg.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied.
