First night, they No-showed my reservation as I didn't call that I'm gonna be late even though they don't have it in their policy that I would need to call. They resolved it that night and said that they would fix it after the manager came to work. The second night, someone opened our room door in the middle of the night, and luckily, we had the door stopper. We waited for any explanation from the front desk for 30 minutes, but they never called, and so we had to call. The guy in charge said it was a misunderstanding but didn't offer any explanation after that. We had to wait till the morning as we were too afraid to get out of the room and ask the front desk what happened and apparently they never fixed the No show and that it shows that there's no one staying in the room we were at in the sysrem, the new guy in front desk was so helpful and was able to clear up all the confusions and we had no problems on our last night. I've been traveling in and out of the country and never had a problem until I stayed in this hotel with my family. The location is good but the rooms have thin walls and you can hear all the people walking outside and the cars that passed by.
