Econo Lodge Inn & Suites on the River

I loved the convenience of this hotel. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast breakfast was good! Beds are comfortable and pillows are soft. Showers had great water pressure and best of all, daily Bear sightings on location!! We come to Gatlinburg every year in July and my twin daughters said they want to come back here, they loved the creek walk connected to the hotel where they can walk down and skip rocks! It's located at the end of the ***** and walking distance to restaurants.

They are in the process of remodeling so no breakfast and finding anyone when you went to checkout was not good either.

It definitely looks nicer in the photos, bit most places do. Breakfast was great with lots of choices-waffles were amazing! The beds were pretty comfy. You can tell remodeling was done recently and things looked nice. The only real qualm would be the air conditioner noise. It was super loud! The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a nice place to lay our head.

Great experience. The location is good, near restaurants and attractions. Room is clean and staff are kind.

property is older and well used...to be fair,they are in process of remodeling. Great location very close to Ober mountain tram...walking distance to the other end of town (anakeesta/aquarium)

This property is always very clean with a very friendly staff. The property is renovating the front dear area and breakfast is not available but that will not be for long. I had a great stay as always.

Family friendly. Clean room, breakfast included. Balcony with river view. Walking distance to downtown.

Very clean room, nice staff. Perfect for a reasonable place to stay in the area.

It’s no 5 star hotel but I give it 5 stars because for the price you pay, it’s really great. Staff helpful, clean room, great location, and a really beautiful creek going through it right outside the back porch. I’ll go back when I come to Gatlinburg.
