Very nice staff. Good breakfast with daily variations. Nice common spaces indoor & out. Very clean. Kids would love the indoor splash/swim park that is adjoined to the neighboring facility. Free parking great for Gatlinburg. Close walk to the downtown parkway and just down road from Smoky Mountain National Park.

We had a night stay on our way to Florida and this was very clean, BF was very good. Liked the place. Bit pricey but felt good staying here.

NO HOT WATER ALL WEEK! upon check in I asked if there was Hot Water since my wife saw reviews that said there was not. The unprofessional staff at the front desk said there was, but lied. horrible experience and will never return.

Hot water was not working. Was lukewarm at its best. Problem was not solved. Breakfast was one of the worst ever. Pancake machine was broken, biscuits were burnt both days, eggs were infused with brown chunks from being stuck to the chafing dish. The response we received when we mentioned these was "sorry "

Do not EVER STAY at Holiday Inn Express in Gatlinburg. One of our worst experiences ever at any hotel we’ve ever been to. So many things I can’t even list them all but most importantly was the fact we were charged over three times the amount of what our actual rate was for our stay and they charged our card that amount three times. We still haven’t been refunded days later. We’ve been told multiple times we will be contacted by the owner, which has not happened days later. Probably have tried to call over 100 times to the front desk because they’re corporate office they have to do the refund. And we can get no answer. Their corporate office has also tried to call and can’t get no answer. So unless you want your bank account to be absolutely destroyed and in a mess, I would advise never to stay here.

The rooms was very nice amd clean, the staff was always nice and pleasant. The guys at the front counter was great. Very well recommended and pleasure to be there. My next trip will be here with you all
