Overall a good stay. The room was clean and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and WiFi was reliable throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful—especially during check-in, where he even assisted with carrying our luggage. The location is convenient for the area, with many shops nearby, which was a plus. However, it can get a bit noisy at night due to the bar and nightlife downstairs, though it’s much quieter in the morning. One downside was that I encountered a large cockroach in the room, which was unpleasant. Also, the toilets and shower facilities are shared and located outside the room, though they were sufficient and there were plenty available. Overall, still a positive experience and suitable for a short stay, especially if you don’t mind some noise at night.

The service was very good. Like the place very much. It's 💯❤️

The good thing is that the cleaning staff are very thorough. They came to collect the trash from my room at the same time and replenished any missing amenities. The bad thing is that it's noisy from the bar on the first floor and outside until late at night. I was worried about it and couldn't sleep until around 3am. In some rooms, the smoking area is by the window, so you can feel the presence of other people. There was a mysterious alarm that went off at irregular intervals at night, which was unpleasant. I don't think I'd stay here a second time unless something really extraordinary happened. Fortunately, there were no bugs. I'm not sure about the summer, though.

The location was great, close to the supermarket and the bus stop from Brisbane. It was a bit inconvenient that there was no shower or toilet in the room.
