Reviews of Novotel Gaziantep

The hotel was overall clean and well maintained. Our room was hygienic, the bedsheets were clean, and we had a nice city view from the 2nd floor. The front desk staff and bellboy were friendly, helpful, and professional. The outdoor pool was also clean, with the water around 27°C, which was refreshing and enjoyable during the hot summer weather. The hotel bar staff were also polite, friendly, and professional, which added to the overall positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Gaziantep and visiting the city’s attractions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

Excellent service with lovely, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

This is second time I've stayed, overall hotel is good, good location, service, breakfast but i don't find their bed comfortable. Secondly their bedrooms are outdated and not very modern. They need to upgrade their rooms.

This hotel is perfect for families . Nice rooms and big clean. Close to the city centre. Just next to shopping mall. Friendly staff. I would recommend it.Mukemmel otel . Genis ve guzel odalar. Kibar personel. Tavsiye ederim. Tam aileler icin.

Old hotel

The hotel staff are so nice and kind, near shopping districts and parks.

Great place

Excellent location and clean. Very helpful and kind staff.

Good experience

Absolutely great room, super clean, breakfast was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. I would be happy to rent a room from you again. It would be great if there was a coffee machine or water. Just keep up the good work

This is a clean hotel very close to all amenities with friendly staff

The hotel price is relatively cheap, so I chose this one. It is okay to stay here on a business trip. Although it is an economical chain hotel, the room is not too small. If you have a limited budget, choose this one.
