Overall, this hotel definitely does not meet 5-star standards. I wouldn’t recommend it. If the staff had been friendly, probably many of these things wouldn’t have mattered. The hotel urgently needs to take action, especially with the reception team, and they should be retrained immediately. 5 gece konaklamamız oldu, bir gece dahi düzenli bir uyku alamadık çok sesli ve gürültülü bir yer, restoranda müzik olduğu zaman dahi duyabiliyorsunuz odanızdaymış gibi. Yatağın yanında duvara yapıştırılmış Sakız, bu kabul edilemez bir durum 5 yıldızlı bir otel söz konusu olduğunda. Oda servisini söylemezseniz yapmıyorlar, yaptıklarında da şampuan & el sabunu şişesi halen boş, odanın denetlendiğinden şüpheliyim. A/C odada ki soğuk üflemiyor, defalarca da uğraşsanız set yapılmış sadece sıcak üflüyor. Kahvaltı da kahve içmeye fırsatınız olmuyor çünkü kahve makinesi sürekli bozuk ve sorduğumuzda da bugün bozuk kahve yok deniliyor. Resturant’a gidip bir çay içmek imkansız gibi bir olay, Salı akşamı gittik ve sıra gecesi organizasyonu vardı. Gözümüzün içine bakıyorlardı Alkol&Yemek siparişi verdirmemiz için. Her iki dakika da bir gelip başka birşey sipariş vermeyecek misiniz sadece çay mı diye rahatsız ediyorlar çok kötü bir yüz ifadesi ile. Zorla bir meyve tabağı söyledik. Havuz kullanımını otele vardığımızda mevsimsel olarak değiştirildi, havanın 22 derece sıcaktan kavrulmasın rağmen havuz kullanımı yoktu. Sebep sorduğumuzda hava soğuk denildi. Spa kullanımı ücretlendirilmiş, eğer insanlar havuz veya bir hamama giremeyecekse neden 5 yıldızlı bir hotel rezervasyonu yapsınlar? Genel olarak; 5 yıldız standardına kesinlikle uymayan bir hotel, tavsiye etmem. Eğer staff güler yüzlü olsaydı muhtemelen bir çok şey umurunuzda olmazdı. Date of Stay: May 17 / Green Park Hotel Gaziantep My friends and I (4 people) wanted to stay for just one night and start the day with a nice breakfast, but what we experienced disappointed us a lot. We specifically asked the reception several times; we clearly confirmed what time breakfast started, when it ended and when it was removed. However, when we went downstairs at around 12 in the morning, we saw that all the food had been removed. We informed the waiters and managers about the situation, thankfully they prepared the table again, but we had to wait 45 minutes. Although the prepared table looked full of many products, it was nothing more than visual. The bread was stale and of poor quality; it gave the impression that it had been collected from the garbage. In addition, the hotel lights were turned off during the meal service and were not turned back on until we requested it. It is unacceptable for the morning to be this restless. The most interesting part is that the reason for the early removal was "the general manager will arrive". The manager's arrival should not reflect so badly on the customer. In addition, when we wanted to get clear information about the Turkish bath and massage services, we received contradictory answers on the phone, and there was an indirect direction not to go. Even shower gel was missing. It is also thought-provoking that the service is so low in relation to the price given. We were only going to stay one night and leave, but the fact that there were so many problems made us say "I wish we had chosen another hotel". It is sad to have this experience from a hotel like Green Park. We hope that this comment will be taken into consideration and similar grievances will not occur to other customers. We expect the hotel to make a gesture to compensate for what we experienced.

The view is unbeatable, right next to the Mosaic Museum, there is often a long queue, you can enter as soon as the door opens. The room facilities and breakfast service are all good, I don't know why there are so many bad reviews.

Air conditioning did not work in the entire hotel, rooms were not clean. Reception staff very unfriendly. Definitely not recommended.

Despite being 5 stars, the hotel wasn't that clean. The location on the mountain isn't great without a car. The service from the staff was good; they were helpful and friendly. The hotel has everything you need, but everything costs extra. They advertise the spa area, but everything costs money, and generally speaking, €80-90 for a night in Gaziantep is far too expensive. 4000TL for a night in Gaziantep, while in Urfa it was only €5500TL!

It was a nice hotel, the cleaning was good, the service was excellent but it was a pity that the location was in one of the bad neighborhoods of Gaziantep. It was a nice experience.

We came from Trabzon as a family..we decided to try it without worrying too much about the comments and we left really happy..I would like to thank the guy on duty who tried to accommodate our vehicle..the hotel was full and there were no children's beds left, the lady at the reception from April 1 to April 2 tried very hard to give us a room with 3 beds..the breakfast was really delicious, the beds were clean, only the air conditioner blew very hot at night, so we opened the windows..the last word is that it was a stay that you will not regret..

The hotel is far from the center but the service is good, neat and clean, I recommend it.

The room lights were not turning off, the dining room was very crowded, service was interrupted.

This is my second stay at this hotel and each time I asked for a room at the front and upper floors but they gave me a room at the very back saying it was full. The hotel was empty, only 4-5 rooms were full. Despite this, they stubbornly do not fulfill our request even though we stated it in the notes. Also, the breakfast is very bad. The food is stale, raw and there is little variety.

Overall it was very good, I recommend it, right next to the Zeugma Museum.
