Simply a super relaxing stay. Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms, very clean and beautiful wellness area and great food in the restaurant. Will definitely be back soon. In the middle of a beautiful landscape idyll.

Anyone looking for peace and quiet will find it here. For others, it may be too isolated. Unless you are looking for peace and quiet for a seminar. The house itself has grown organically over the years and if you look, you will find the rings of the year. The rooms are friendly and modern, the spa area is adequate (if you want more, you can go to the surrounding thermal baths). The service is consistently friendly and the kitchen is a reason in itself for a longer journey. The departure should be carefully considered due to the extensive wine selection! The offer for dog companions is also well integrated and interesting. We only stopped by for the weekend - lucky are those who can come here for a seminar. The motto certainly applies!

The location is very quiet. The reason for the trip was to have a firecracker-free time on New Year's Eve, as our dog is afraid of fireworks. It was very quiet and our dog was able to relax. There are also many other things to do with your four-legged friend. The small but nice wellness area was very nice and well-kept. The food was exceptionally good.

As always, there was excellent service and quality food. The rooms were OK, although a little old. The staffing levels were exceptional; as a regular visitor you can see that essentially the same people work in the hotel all year round!

The food and service were perfect. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast selection was VERY large, including lactose-free products. It was very quiet and we really relaxed by the pool.

Beautiful location, friendly staff apart from the cleaning ladies. Good breakfast buffet, unsatisfactory lunch/dinner selection for vegetarians. Many non-smokers don't understand why smoking is allowed in the covered dining area and around the pool! As advertised, the hotel is very dog-friendly. However, the majority of dog owners don't play by the rules. Dogs run around freely and unpleasant scenes keep breaking out because the dogs can't be called back. They are never monitored. The dog zone may be spacious but unfortunately it is very steep and there is hardly any shade. Holes in the fence tempt smaller dogs to escape. It is hardly used either. About the Top 3 Landhaus: Warning! According to the new director, Mr Tödling, the terrace directly in front of the apartment is common space!!!! You have no privacy whatsoever. Neither the cleaning staff, e.g. B. on the way to the break and wedding guests (weddings take place on the lawn in front of the apartment) walk across the terrace - basically stepping over those seeking peace and quiet - and also openly look into the apartment and the bedroom. You can really just keep the curtains drawn!!

We came to the Eisenberg for the third time and we liked it again. The same goes for the friends who accompanied us this time. We found the room at the back of the hotel very pleasant. The breakfast was always perfect. As we were always out cycling and came back rather late, we were only able to enjoy dinner once; this was also great and plentiful. In summary: we would gladly come back.

From the receptionist to the chambermaid, everyone was exceptionally friendly. My dog ​​especially loves the fenced-in exercise area. Breakfast was brilliant. I'm looking forward to our next visit in August. It's like coming home.
