Clean with nice staff, good food, the location is good but a little far from center

Small room, transportation not so convenient, bathroom amenities too old, bath tub too small. Food not bad, customer service not bad. Overall not bad

The rooms are very good. The train arrived in Geneva at midnight, and the taxi drove to Geneva in just over ten minutes. Even if you arrive late at night, the front desk staff is very welcoming. You need to pay to sit in the area on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor is great!

The location is not very good. It is near international organizations and a long walk from the city center, but it is relatively quiet. It is an older hotel. From the photos on the wall, it seems that many celebrities have stayed here.

The service was very poor. I booked a room with a large bed, but was given a room with two small beds. I had to change rooms three times. The noise from motorcycles and cars was so loud that I couldn't sleep.

The room is good, with a good view. You can see Lake Geneva next to the Palais des Nations. The view and walk are very good. The room has been visited by many celebrities. The service is also very good. The tap water in the bathroom is a little small, maybe because the decoration is a little old. Other aspects are good.

The breakfast was good, the view from the upper floors was great and it was quiet.

It's pretty good, but we wanted to see the lake so we paid extra to upgrade, but... everyone, please note that it's under construction and it may take 3 years. The crane will block the view. Don't book a corner suite
