Polite staff, and it's right by the train station. It's about a 15-minute walk to the lake. There are shops conveniently located inside the station itself. The room felt a bit cramped because of a strange wooden structure near the window; it would have been better without it. Also, I was bothered by a constant ticking sound, like a clock or something, coming from the wall or bed, and I couldn't figure out what it was. Overall, it was acceptable.

The lobby is comfortable and welcoming, providing a pleasant first impression. On the downside, the room design feels somewhat dated, with a standardized Ibis style.

This hotel is pretty standard. It's not far from the train station, which is convenient for grabbing food and drinks. I chose this Ibis chain specifically because I was catching an early train the next day. Most hotels in Switzerland are pretty much like this.

It was a short stay in Geneva to lay over before moving to other cities. The hotel was very convenient in location, walkable distance to the town area, and multiple food options near. Walked to hotel from Geneva train station, hotel was easy to find. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and assisted with the geneva tourist guest card Would love to stay a few more nights to explore Geneva
