This hotel is right by Lake Geneva, and the room we booked had a view of the lake as soon as you opened the window – excellent location! It's just a two-minute walk to the boat dock for cruises, and a short stroll to the Jet d'Eau. The bus station is also right next to the hotel, so it was super convenient for us to catch our bus to Chamonix right after stepping out. Dinner was delicious too, and the service was outstanding!

Exceeded all expectations! Great location, clean rooms, and modern facilities, including a charming antique spiral staircase and elevator. It's right next to Lake Geneva and close to the old town.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. We arrived around 8 AM, and they kindly offered a room for us to rest in immediately. By noon, we were moved to our main room, which was conveniently located right next door. Every single staff member, from the concierge to the front desk and customer service, was incredibly friendly and always wore a smile – such exceptional service is quite rare in Europe! The rooms boasted new facilities and impeccable cleanliness, even surpassing hotels like the Four Seasons or Ritz-Carlton we've experienced in China. The location is absolutely prime – right on the lake, directly opposite the Four Seasons, yet it costs only a third of their price. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
