I’m very satisfied with the hotel. The service was caring and friendly, and the lobby of the hotel was designed fashionably. For the room, everything was wonderful. I slept very well. There was a coffee machine in the room. There are a lot of fantastic restaurants around. And the location is very close to the train station. Besides, they also provide storage luggage service for free. Nice trip!

Good hotel. Location great. Very close to train and bus station. Lots of local bars, cafes and restaurants. Value for the money and Geneva.

Second time we have stayed here and very ideal location for getting about 9 minute walk to train station., rooms very clean. Reception very helpful.

The hotel is very beautiful! All service are okay except the cafe did not allow you to have half boiled egg. They only serve whatever on the counter and the old lady server did not accept when i requested for half boiled egg. The young lady server is very good. Despite full marks on overall service and experience, i wont coming back because of the unhappy breakfast days. The old lady server ruined my morning mood.

The transportation card was sent to us via email. The location and environment are excellent. The breakfast is decent. The only downside is the soundproofing; I can always hear the neighbor's kids talking.

The reception staff was rude. They didn't want to accept euros as a deposit and made me look for currency exchange offices on New Year's Eve when everything was closed. They were rude and yelled at me. I've never encountered such rude staff. They also asked for money for using the steam room. I don't recommend it!!!

The hotel is somewhat outdated, especially the entrance where you have to go down and then up an elevator or stairs to reach the lobby, and the elevator is so small that it can only accommodate one person and one suitcase at a time. Of course, many older hotels in Geneva are in similar conditions; there's not much room for renovation, and the building structure and facilities are unlikely to be improved in the short term. In short, don't judge it by domestic standards.

Great hotel, close to Geneva train station. Restaurants and supermarkets are just around the corner. The room wasn't anything special, but the shower was small. The woman at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The sauna cost CHF 10, which was a bit of a shame.

Très pratique. A 7 mns à pied le gare. Possibilité aussi de prendre le tram (l'arrêt est très proche). Facile à trouver. Les cartes de transport sont envoyées en amont. Chambre avec café. Eau à disposition. Tout a été parfait!
