The hotel is very convenient. It is easy to find the train station in ten minutes. It is easy to go out through the seaside pier. It is very convenient to take the M1 to the center of the old town. The hotel rooms are readily available. Children love it, and the service attitude is good. You can save money by sending a transportation card by boat or bus. But the most satisfying thing for me is the Valmont spa on the second floor of the hotel. I can directly select the items I want on the iPad in the room and make a reservation. The two young ladies are very enthusiastic. When I come to Switzerland, I must experience the facial spa here! After you feel satisfied, you can directly buy Fallman products, and the price is not expensive. You can mainly buy sets that are difficult to buy outside.

Stayed here six nights in june. Fresh room with operable windows and lots of natural light. Quiet, and the fan system is very good for drowning out any extra noises.Very comfortable new bed and bedding. Wonderful to have lovely espresso machine in room with plenty of capsules. Also refrigerator. They have some kitchenettes which include a microwave, again this is very rare in europe, although more common in the us. Staff is extremely responsive and professional and friendly, unlike many other hoteliers who are very stressed these days and often reflects in a strained attitude. I received almost immediate attention for all my needs. Very stylish public areas with lots of cool contemporary art and many colors and loads and loads of fantastic art science etc books all around the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet in an extremely large and spacious seating area. Eggs, fruits, beans, lox, etc. I have a medical diet and they were very kind to make an adjustment for me. Wonderful location as it is off the beaten path but yet just a 15 minute walk to the train station and you can walk to the water and into the main town. Also was nice to walk to the big hotels easily and safely. Really loved my stay here and I will actually return for another two nights before I fly out later in the month. I stay in many hotels both in the US and around the world the last couple of years and it is impressive the service here and the attitude.

Great stay. Located in a quiet, safe residential area, with bus no. 8 (which takes you to a lot of the tourist attractions) stopping right in front of the hotel. Staff were helpful, responsive, friendly. They have snacks in the lobby which is helpful. Rooms are spacious but very basic in terms of decoration. I felt very, very safe here. Highly recommend. Improvements: Just remember to lock your door, as a solo traveler - I had the cleaners open the door a few times when they were ready to clean (they didn’t mean any harm, they thought the room was empty, but they should please knock! :) There are only two plugs in the room, far from the bed. You can’t charge your phone and lie in bed. A little more decor in the rooms couldn’t hurt as well. The rooms are plain. No mini fridges - keep that in mind. No mini toiletries, but they have larger soap dispensers you can use. Breakfast was basically the same everyday, though there was a lovely selection. (Cut fruit would also be nice) All in all, loved it!

We drove from Germany due to the Covid19 all the way to Geneva. The hotel was too basic, old furniture, the bed was not too comfortable and for those who drove like us a nightmare. Also, it seemed that the hotel manager decided to pack all the guests in two floors and that was chaotic due a lot of noise, especially in the morning. Regarding parking our car, one parking lot around the hotel was charging over $135 CHF per night. We had to park on the streets, get up early to change the car and have two more hours of sleep. The location is very good for those who did not drive their cars. I do not mean to be rude but in my experience the hotel is overacted.

This hotel was nothing short of perfection. Service was incredible! The room and the amenities were wonderful. The room we had was really a small suite. The bathroom including a bath tub and a huge shower was larger than many NYC apartments. Location is right on Lake Geneva. You're treated as though you were a guest in their home. Incredibly, even though the hotel is in a 7-story building taking up half a city block, there are only 24 guest rooms. To say the least, space is generous. While not cheap, this reinforces the adage ”you (definitely) get what you pay for. It should make the list of the top hotels in the world!

On the plus side, the hotel's location in Geneva's golden triangle is an absolute must to enjoy the old town and the lake's left bank. The surroundings are rather chic, the restaurant/bar/lounge that is one serious social hot spot, and the common areas make a promise that the hotel fails to deliver. Decoration is always a subjective matter, but here, the choice bothered me and the wallpapers with enchanted forest motifs do not help you feel good in rooms that are cold, angular, and ultimately quite uncomfortable. Although the dinner at the bar was remarkable, the breakfast is well average in this category. Add to this feeling of uncomfort a staff that does obviously not care and... and you leave the place with very serious doubts on the seriousness of a management that prides itself to offer ”more than a hotel, a memorable experience”. Going back to the basics of hospitality could help. A lot.

On a business trip in Switzerland, booked for one night, the location of the hotel is very convenient, two stations on the train station, directly to the opposite side of the hotel, the taxi to the airport is also suitable distance, about 40 Ruifa. There is a small square at the entrance of the hotel, there are cafes and restaurants downstairs, there are supermarkets with coop and miros opposite, and you can go right to the lake of Geneva in two minutes and the price is quite high. I booked the standard room of the double bed. The size of the room is OK. The decoration is a wooden retro style, because the sound insulation effect of the doors and windows is also good. There is a kettle/fan/bath and shampoo in the room, others need to bring it. The uncle at the front desk of the hotel is very warm and very nice. It is very fast to register and check the order. When I get the one-day bus ticket, I also introduce a bunch of places, which makes people feel very comfortable. When I run back in the afternoon, I still watch. To the two aunts, he was stunned in English with a lame, and the old man was not angry. The restaurant is divided into two floors, the style is also retro style, breakfast is 18chf / person, the type is low and the price is very low, not in the restaurant after a turn. Overall, the hotel's price/performance ratio is very high, and I will book this hotel again next time in Switzerland.

The room was spacious with its own kitchenette (wich we didn't need), but old fashioned. Location was quite good. We could visit the city by foot. We could park the car in front of the hotel easily. Upon arrival, the front desk guy was constantly on the phone so we struggled to get the necessary details, but finally did and were able to store our bags, which appeared very secure. When we came back to check in, the front desk printed our room key for the wrong room. We literally walked in on an occupied room, which was uncomfortable. They blamed it on the keycard printer, which was also struggling with a few others checking in around the same time. They had to reprint pretty much everyone’s keys. Other reviews seem to indicate similar issues. Once we finally got our correct room, things were mostly okay. We couldn’t seem to find a way to keep the air conditioning running but turn off the lights. So the room got a bit warm overnight, especially with just a duvet cover. Couldn’t open the windows since there appears to be a club/bar immediately across the way that had loud music until past midnight which was already loud enough through the closed windows. We also visited the bar, and while looking at the menu at the corner of the bar, the bartender rather abruptly told us to sit at a table and someone would come by. So we did, but after awhile of waiting and no one coming, I ended up just going back to the bar and awkwardly ordering there. Never been to a bar where you couldn’t really sit at it or order there. As others recommend, definitely don’t show your free drink passes (from skipping room cleaning) until after you’ve ordered and leaving since they’ll not treat you as well. Room overall and hotel were fine, but could’ve certainly been better and expected a bit more. Location was great though! Felt like a reasonable walk whenever we wanted to go, many shops and restaurants around, and could easily reach a tram/bus stop to go further.

My hotel room was clean, bathroom was also very clean. I stayed at the hotel only for a couple of nights & room was being cleaned every day. I was greeted very welcoming & nothing was a trouble. The room was quiet as I hoped it would be. The bed was comfortable and the soft pillows helped me with quality sleep at the night. And also 3 gentlemen at the reception desk spoke perfect English which I found extra special as unfortunately I don't speak any French. Thank you very much for making such an effort with customers. I stay at room 102 and 106 this time . Different room coz I stay different time. Review from Singaporean who stay 23-25 Aug 22 and 1 -4 Sep 22. First time stay this aparthotel. I love the spacious room . Individual toilet with bath tub. Another individual room for the well equipped kitchen with microwave. Water cooker jar, bigger than normal fridge with freezer and the various plates, bowls, scissor, spatula etc. easy to make something simple for eating or drinking . They do not provide toothbrush and daily cleaning but you can approach them to change out the floormat , towels, etc in the morning . No issue at all. Bed wise was comfortable. Pillow abit small though . Haha. Have a small table with 2 chair for meals . Have a dressing table with chair in the room . The rooms and some doors do show sign of age and wear and tear but no issue as I not staying long term alao and it still works wells It’s feels homely . The reception personnel was super friendly . I love the night time reception guys. Super nice . Hotel is near to the lake and many eateries . Also near to red light district of Geneva . But no worries as the girls will not disturb you much unless you alone (guy) walking . But I walk alone many times also no issue . For the price , location , the facilities . This aparthotel is not to be missed . Try it .

Standard room is not very spacious but at least it has AC (finally). Turn down service is slow. Comes about 9pm? Room is tired looking. Like any American hotel. TV is way too small. The bathtub is very slippery - pls be careful going in and out! Luckily the bed is comfortable and gym is small (1 machine each) but efficient and good hygiene practice - 24hrs too. It faces the river, has a nice view at the bar at ground floor. Location is good, 10min. walk to train station (without the luggage) or walk 20min. to the old town (quite a nice stroll so long weather is nice and you're not carrying a lot of things). Front desk and conceirge are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is very good! Not sure if I'll be back again as there're so many hotels in Geneva in this same location.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights and found the hotel staff very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff everyone was kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Our room on the second floor was spacious with great bedding..crisp sheets and a wonderful duvet with plush pillows. The bathroom had ample shelf space and the shower was strong and hot. The towels were clean and fluffy. The breakfast buffet had everything a Swiss breakfast has to offer, a big selection of fresh rolls and jams and croissants. There were different yogurts, cereals including muesli and corn flakes. Hot options of eggs and meat was available and there were cheeses and meats too. A delicious home made fresh fruit salad was delicious. Hot coffee, tea and orange juice was available too. The breakfast room was a nice open airy place to eat. The location of the hotel was ideal …just a short walk to the lake. Parking on premises for an added fee was well worth the convenience. I would return again to Hotel Century on our next visit to Geneva.
