Ideale Lage am Hafen, deshalb perfekt für die Einschiffung am Folgetag. Der Service war hilfsbereit und freundlich, das Frühstück angemessen. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgelände kann zugebucht werden. Natürlich ist es im Hafengebiet auch nachts laut.

Stay away from this hotel! Everything is very dirty: walls, carpet, curtains! On the upper floors water flowed from the ceiling. Don't de fooled by the presentation, it has nothing to do with reality! Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!

DA CHIAMARE ASL E NAS Hotel pessimo e lontano da tutte le regole sanitarie. Nella mia camera il soffitto del bagno pieno di muffa e al limite del crollo. Moquette piena di macchie di ogni genere , aria condizionata inesistente il tutto l’hotel. Alla richiesta di accenderla mi hanno detto che non hanno il motore dell’impianto. Colazione pessima , hanno delle brioches e dei succhi niente di salato tranne delle uova sode. Cena pessima e porzioni ridotte. Lascio a voi i commenti sulle foto che allegherò. SI VENDONO PER UN 4 STELLE LA NON NE MERITA NEANCHE 1

Average 2-star hotel, located near the port of Genoa. It has a small outdoor car park for the modest sum of €15 per day, the rooms are on 2 sides, on the road side where you can hear all the cars, sirens etc., and on the port side where the noise of the ferry engines running all night act as a lullaby. sleep. The minimalist hall with courteous and helpful staff, the room in line with the 2 star category is sufficiently large and clean, there is a safe, an empty and switched off minibar, a TV, a standard bathroom with a courtesy kit consisting of soap and shampoo, the shower is spacious, it starts with the hot water which becomes cold at the end I think they do it to keep us healthy, all oriented towards maximum energy saving for the environment. The embarrassing breakfast, the coffee machine makes undrinkable coffee and cappuccino, I wanted to ask for a coffee from the bar but before I did so the lady replied to another customer that he had to use the coffee machine in the room so I didn't ask for the juice discreet orange, acceptable brioches, for the rest let's draw a veil of compassion, after leaving the hotel I went to have a real breakfast at the bar. I conclude by saying that I spent 3 sleepless nights, had breakfast at the bar because even though the hotel breakfast was included it was pitiful, all this in a 4 star hotel for €130 per night which at most could have had 2 stars for €30 per night.

Bad experience! Hotel that does not demonstrate its 4 stars at all given the poor overall hygiene, dated and partly dilapidated internal structures, including an obsolete and run-down elevator, noisy room and old fixtures, almost like being on the ring road... I forgot, I recommend checking the expiration of the products supplied at breakfast!

This hotel should be closed, it is not possible to give it any stars. The rooms look like a horror movie. Dirty, stained carpets, peeling walls. We went to spend the night and we had to leave, I don't recommend it at all. They shouldn't promote it.

At first glance everything seems beautiful, but believe me it is absolutely not a 4 star, when you got to the room the corridor with the dirty and dusty carpet, the room with dirty walls, destroyed bathroom with missing tiles, non-existent curtains so much so that in the morning at 7 already we were awake, the air conditioning was pure utopia, there was no fridge in the room, the TV didn't work, the only positive note in all this was the staff and the breakfast, I can tell you if you are allergic to dust, stay away....... .

Terrible experience. Poorly maintained rooms, I would say indecent. Dirty carpet. No minibar. Upon request at reception for a bottle of water, we were given cold water!!! Peeling and damp walls...DILAMINATED hotel! MISERABLE BREAKFAST SERVICE But who gave it 4 stars????? Luckily we only slept there one night! Never again... not recommended!!!

Hotel allo sfascio!!! Acqua calda inesistente, ascensori non funzionanti, colazione con solo brioches confezionate. Hotel sicuramente in voga negli anni ‘80 ma mai investito un euro per modernizzarlo e aggiornarlo. Soggiorniamo una notte prima di un viaggio in Tunisia in moto e prenotiamo una notte alla data del rientro. Alla reception ci assicurano che l’albergo sarebbe stato aperto 24h su 24h e che potevamo arrivare a qualsiasi ora e che la prenotazione c’era e ci aspettavano al rientro. Al ritorno della vacanza arriviamo a Genova alle 24:30 andiamo in albergo e…. albergo chiuso con all’interno in nostro pick up lasciato lì il giorno della partenza per il viaggio. Telefoniamo alla struttura per capire come recuperare il pick up e dopo due squilli la linea cade!!! Fortunatamente la mattina seguente un colpo di vento ha aperto il cancello e siamo riusciti a recuperare la macchina. Sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo albergo anche se molto comodo per la posizione vicino al porto.

Veramente non capisco perché vu siano così tante recensioni negative.Un difetto è che dista un po' dal centro,ma ci si arriva comodamente con i bus.Ma parliamo dell' hotel che è sicuramente un po' datato ma se si analizza il rapporto qualità prezzo vale le 4 stelle.Molto buona la pulizia e camere con bagno spaziose Colazione nella norma buona e con orari ottimi.Capisco che se si vuole un 4 stelle e si paga le tre volte uno si possa lamentare ma se se si e' corretti a queste cifre si può solo dire che è una buona soluzione
