First off, it's a super convenient 5-minute walk from the train station, so no need for a transfer upon arrival. Second, the rooms are huge with high ceilings, immaculately clean, and the showers have been recently renovated. The air conditioning works perfectly, and there are tea stations with complimentary items in the room. And the breakfasts! They're on the first floor with beautifully painted ceilings and a fantastic selection – you won't leave hungry! I highly recommend it! Seriously! The embankment, shops, university, and gorgeous temples are all nearby. The only slightly inconvenient thing was that check-in is strictly at 3 PM, and the instructions for how to get into the hotel only arrive exactly at that time. The actual reception is down the street from the main entrance, about 5-7 meters away in the lobby of another hotel. We went up to the floor and knocked on doors to no avail.

We booked 2 rooms: one for my parents and the other for myself. While mine didn't have much issues, the bin in my parents' room was not cleared and there were strands of hair on some of the towels. The AC in their room also wouldn't turn on, luckily it was a cool night so they didn't have to use it. What we both encountered was that the water pressure would become very low during peak times, making showering virtually impossible. The only advantage this hotel has is the proximity to Genova Principe station and a couple of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is an apartment-style hotel located in a residential building, a relatively historic building with an Italian style. I felt it offered a more unique and authentic experience than modern hotels. The location is excellent; there are shops and restaurants downstairs, and it's a short walk to the beach (the aquarium is just a short walk away, and a little further on is the Italian boutique hotel, where you can take the elevator up to buy many Italian souvenirs). The city center and tourist attractions are also within walking distance. I recommend walking to the foot of the hill near the city center and taking the 2-euro tram up. The hotel breakfast is decent; you can skip it if you prefer, as there's a café nearby.

Very conveniently located near the train station; it was a short walk. Breakfast is simple, but there's a selection: yogurt, croissants, cheese, and fruit. There are plenty of towels, but the floor is quite cool, so slippers are recommended.

Excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the train station. The check-in counter is 50 meters from the hotel entrance. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

The room, cleanliness, and breakfast were excellent.

We initially booked a suite because the room description listed one double bed and one single bed. I have a 3-year-old child, and double beds in Europe are generally small, so we chose a suite. The pictures also showed that. However, upon arrival, they gave me a double room, saying it was because I hadn't informed them of having a child. They said we would count as two people. Fortunately, they eventually upgraded us to a larger suite. It was a fairly standard budget business hotel, right next to the train station and very close to the cruise terminal. Very convenient.
