Good place to stay

Liked everything! The location of the hotel is close to the railway station and the cruise port (this was important for us). The room is clean, comfortable, bed with a comfortable mattress and snow-white linens. Breakfast is standard. Very responsive, polite, friendly staff.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the train station. The room should have been recently renovated, it was very clean, and the staff were very enthusiastic! In short, I was very satisfied!

We are very happy with the stay. The location is very good. The service was very good, all the attendants were very helpful. Our check out was at 10am but our flight was only at 7pm so they found a place for us to leave our bags until 5pm when we went to the airport. The breakfast and room facilities were also in line with our expectations. For the value for money, I definitely recommend it.

For the price, this hotel is really more than good! Perfect location, especially for train travelers. Everything else is within walking distance. The staff is also super friendly and they try to help you as best as possible in English.

Basic structure but perfect for our needs. Enjoy your breakfast. Excellent location for visiting Genoa especially traveling by train

Recently,I had the privilege of staying at the Hotel Vittoria very close to the Principe Railroad Station.I stayed at the Vittoria for 4 nights.I enjoyed my room,I appreciated the nice breakfast,and I liked the hospitality of the Vittoria's staff. The staff helped me find my way to Genoa's delightful art museums(Bianco Palazzo,Rosso Palazzo,Frugone,Diocesan,Saint Augustine)and awesome cathedral.

great hotel near the centre and we got sea view! Nice room and bathroom, with all its needed for a multiple days stay. Really suggested as it is close to the station and theold town with all its charming narrow road and old houses

This wonderful hotel is near the train station. It is conveniently close to many sights. The hotel service is outstanding. The morning breakfast is delicious. It's a great value. We left our MSC cruise and took a brief taxi ride to the hotel. It's close to the port but I would not advise walking to the hotel from the port. There is too much traffic to make the walk safe.

The room I was told while booking was changed during checkout. I had no fridge in my room. The mattress was too hard to sleep on. Customer service is not the best. The money I paid would have getting me something better elsewhere in the city. The man that checked me out was not ready to listen to me when I told him about my experience in the hotel.

The hotel is really closed from the railway station Genova Piazza Principe. I suggest to come here by train, since the parking car reserved with the hotel is closing at night. so you may walk several km in order to find a free parking if you use the car in the night time. If your are not in a travel business, this accomodation could be good, otherwise i don't think it's so much handy.

This hotel is a 2 minute walk from Principe Station and a 15 minute walk to the Cruise Port. It was a little tricky to find the entrance but it added to the adventure. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The first room we were given was very small and old inside with no air circulation. Luckily the kind man at the desk moved us to a much nicer room with a terrace overlooking the street - we could even catch a glimpse of the cruise ships in the distance. Breakfast was good, wifi was quick and everything was clean. The location was perfect for us!
