My partner and I stayed one night in this hotel, in a room on the 11th floor. The soundproofing of the rooms might not be the best. The room and bathroom sizes were very good. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant, with plenty of options for both sweet and savory lovers. The indoor garage was very convenient and available at an extra cost (definitely a very important service). The only downside was the pillows (at least for someone with neck pain like myself). We definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's close proximity to the train station is very convenient and makes it easy to find. The room itself was new, the only issue was we couldn't figure out the air conditioning, and the windows couldn't be opened. Otherwise, everything was fine. There was some renovation happening in the neighboring rooms on our floor, but since we were checking out in the morning, it didn't bother us.

Everything was truly lovely and perfect, from the room to the breakfast. The room was really comfortable and had everything you could possibly need, and even more. The staff were professional and kind.

The hotel room facilities are quite good, but the breakfast restaurant is pretty average.

The biggest highlight of this hotel is the extremely convenient parking. They have their own on-site parking lot for €25 a day, and there are also plenty of paid on-street parking spaces nearby. On Sundays, you can park for free until 8:00 AM on Monday.

This old five-star hotel's facilities are a little dated, but still quite clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent. The pre-authorization at the front desk was a bit unusual for Chinese tourists; we had already paid in full through Ctrip, so having to put down another pre-authorization for the same amount felt unnecessary. However, it didn't show up on my credit card statement the following month after check-out, so it was just a minor annoyance at the time. Genoa is a city with a very unique character; the St. George's Cross flag almost makes you feel like you're in England, which was quite fun.

This hotel is excellent close to 5 stars standard. I am actually surprised it's 4 stars. It has a perfect spot next Genova Brignole which gives you good travel options by trains and buses

family travelling , room stay don't have hot water boil , we went to hotel restaurant get it, the staff is unhappy giving the hot water.  this hotel some of staff are ******. if you going to do booking on this hotel , batter think twis .
