Amazing stay! Clean room, comfortable bed, and stunning cotton candy views. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Definitely worth it and would love to return again!

The unit cleanliness is just normal, the sink was clog. The tv automatically on at the midnight, I’m not sure what’s the reason as we have booked for 2units and 2 units tv automatically on. The walking distance to Genting Sky Avenue is quite far and need to pass by long link bridge. But there are many facilities around the hotel.

When I check ady test all bathrooms water have supply hot water or not because i my family have 1 8month baby ,9year kids , 2 citizen So in Antara this weather is super needed hot water to use , I stay to many unit and many times Antara is feeling good but This unit is too bad and this service technician And other people technician come to check water heater and some tell need to wait ? Some tell no problem And some tell this unit heater need to wait 15min and need to one of them use is other baths room won’t supply hot water to other bathroom ok, but this morning this inside photo teachincian to checking say nothing have hot water to supply heater ady When I go to take bath 5min change to super damn cold water !!!! After this problem i complain again But he with other partner to say This unit nothing problem ady … Because them know me need to check out And just tell nothing … Now my daughter felling not well Becuz this unit only use cooling water And other unit my brother use also no supply hot water Then why need to show picture have bathtub and jacuzzi pool ? In this place and this weather can’t supply hot water to use call customer to cool bathtub ?

The place was clean and tidy, mall located within the development so much convenience for us with families. 15mins walk to genting skyworld fully sheltered & offers buggy for us for the longer walk. We were happy with our stay and highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for comfort & affordable accommodation.

The place was very nice.It has a good view and also nearby places to eat without going up to the top.Would definitely come back here again.

A new modern apartment hotel with kid-friendly facilities. The small jacuzzi in the balcony looks fancy but hardly practical in cold weather. The mall downstairs has some eateries and a fairly large indoor playground. For more dining and enteetainment options, a 15 minute walk through a covered walkway (with escalators at the steep sections) will bring us to the main Genting area. Overall a comfortable stay but only 2 gripes: 1) the wifi did not work well 2) there should be some form of curtain or partition for the shower area, so that it does not make the whole toilet wet.

Fantastic stay with my family. It’s located ANTARA Genting highlands and the Chin Sui Temple with good walking access to both . 20 mins walk with lots of escalators help in between. Hot water showers and clean kitchen utensils. Food is available all through the day. Views are fantastic and away from the crowd.

it was a family trip and we had alot of fun and the room was really spacious and nice the whirlpool is amazing but do rmb to keep the top on
