Room is bigger than First world. Room cleanliness and housekeeping should be better considering the price paid. Room is quiet but w/o Aircon, only just a fan. If weather is cooling it will be ok. A open air smoking area beside entrance. Location: 10mins walk to genting grand ******/ coffee terrace; 15mins walk to sky ******/ indoor theme park/ sky avenue. Amenities: take another lift to B5 for a canteen and cafe.

Very convenient around the genting area as there were underpasses and linkway access to everywhere! It is facing the skyworld outdoor theme park and cable car. Service was fast and efficient too :) Package comes with breakfast.

The hotel was basic and quite dated. There was no aircon and you can hear the noise from the amusement park and restaurants all day. Location is prime if you are staying to watch concert at the Arena of Stars. But seriously lack of service as it would take you at least 45 mins to check in unless you use those self checkin machine. No facilities and you have to go to another hotel for breakfast. No signage or whatever and it's quite easy to get lost.

Great location with easy access to the mall and attractions. Room was clean and comfortable, though quite basic. Service was good and staff were friendly. Limited facilities, but overall a good value-for-money stay.

Good enough for what it is - a hotel close to the theme park. Rooms don’t have A/C and are mostly no frills, but are clean. The check in process is woefully inefficient due to poor ops and software, and took much longer than it should. Overall decent.

The rooms were clean, and spacious. Only a bit warm without the air condition during the hot season. Otherwise everything is excellent.
