The L8 triple room has many good points, and I enjoyed my stay overall. To help improve the experience further, I’d like to share a few suggestions. Raising the shower curb or adjusting its height could help prevent water from spilling out. It would also be helpful to have a couple of hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes while showering. Adding a lock to the toilet door would provide more privacy, especially since not all guests may be family or close friends. In terms of housekeeping, I noticed that the bin in the coffee-making area wasn’t emptied. Overall, I’d rate the cleanliness as 7 out of 10. Lastly, it would be great if the buffet breakfast menu changed daily. One day of breakfast was enough as only the coffee and omelette appealed to me, and I wouldn’t have opted for it again on the second or checkout day. Thank you for considering these suggestions!

Very nice and clean hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful, food also tasted good. Parking was easy. I booked a deluxe twin. Fyi the deluxe twin has a connecting door with a quad room. So anyone with 3-4 kids can book the side-by-side room with connecting doors. Definitely Will come again.

The location of Scapes Hotel is also ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was throughout the hotel. suprisingly, we can play at pool until 10pm.. I came on summer so it’s not a prblm at all. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Scapes Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming place to stay. I can’t wait to return!

All is good! But the bathroom door needs to have latch & lock. The partition glass that separates the shower room and bedroom should be laminated properly to provide more privacy.

my always go-to hotel whenever i'm in Genting! Scapes never disappoints, decent room size, 3 star price with 5 stars in-room amennities. In room Sandals, toothbrushes, shower cap, even lotions are provided! Location wise, better to have own transport to move around, it is 5 mins away from the main street.

Overall we are happy with this hotel At night the way we go back to the hotel, the road condition is quite bad actually and very dark, would advise to take note Definitely will definitely come back to this hotel, thumbs up !

2nd time to stay. Room is big. Suitable for 2alduts and 2 children. Is clean. But still can heard very clear outside the door or next room voice.

everything js good. i very enjoyed my stay here. the only thing i would like to recommend is, the table quantity for their breakfast is too many until it make difficult for people to sit and walk

Hotel opened for 4 years already but still looks nicely maintained and clean. Price is good for a 1 night stay. Receptionist is friendly. Toilet provides body wash and hair conditioner soap. Toothbrush, hairdryer towels are clean. Water pressure is high and have quick water heater. However, bedding was not so comfortable. Location was not that convenient compare to other places, the road toward this place was not well lit with streetlight and you have to drive through construction area. Aside from the location and bedding, everything was good.

overal hotel exclusive. all facilities is okay.. room is clean.. staff is friendly 😁 will repeat again in the future

Very satisfied with the overall service provided. They even offer my baby a set of baby cutlery.

Value for money, staff attitude is good and helpful, room are clean and comfort. Convenience store open until late.
