It was rather cold when we were there. The premier suite is very spacious. Nice room except for the cold wind that seep into the room. A little bit noisy during day time . Got some minor renovations on.

The hotel's villa is super luxurious, with a private pool offering direct sea views. The butler service is attentive and can drop you off directly at the entertainment area, which is very satisfying. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The hotel service was good, and the facilities were complete. The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was average. The hotel is connected to Wintown, which is very convenient. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although the view was open, it was often foggy and unclear.

Room was very large and clean, location is connected to all the Genting facilities and can walk to all attractions, casinos and restaurants. Highly recommend and hope will return.

They were really nice to provide fruits on our first day, very nice hotel to stay in however.. television wasn’t working esp the television in the toilet doesn’t have a remote controller that works. Shower gel wasn’t sufficient to fill the bathtub either. Other than that, the room and service from staff were great. View was beautiful too

Skyworld Hotel guests have option of purchasing buffet breakfast tickets at promotional price. Lots of variety - there's something for everyone. My food fussy kids loved it. At RM30 per pax (please note that this price can change), I find that it's more value for money compared to the breakfast options at the food court or restaurants at SkyAvenue.

Appreciate the great hospitality received from Guest Service Associate Ms Sree. She made an effort to fulfil my room preference and the stay was enjoyable. Genting Grand Hotel is located near Genting Club. There are choices of twin bed or king size bed in the Grand Premier Room. Looking forward to stay in the hotel again.

Just checked in for a 5 day stay and felt nauseous straight after going into the room Lifted up the toilet seat to take a wee and there was poop from the previous (or previous previous?) guest. This is supposed to be their premium hotel at Genting Highlands!
