Front desk was definitely helpful although they did not manage to solve my room WiFi issue. Check in was fast and the room was pretty spacious. Pool came with a slide which the kids enjoyed. Glad the shuttle bus came in handy for us to move around. Great place to stay

We stayed at the Villa for a family of 4 - it was spacious, cosy, clean and had a beautiful scenery from the balcony. My parents loved the quietness yet we find it still convenient to head up to Genting via shuttle bus then cable car or grab. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was nice with varieities and service staff was also friendly. The highlight for us was the Awana Hotel guided trail as it was a family-friendly activity and we could walk and explore nature at the same time! It was family-friendly as it is a well-paved outdoor trail which allows wheel-chair bound persons or kids with prams to come along. Wing and Pat were very good guides who explained the history and the diversity of wildlife there thoroughly! The trail was also safe as there were other hotel staff (men) who came along to act as bodyguards and helped with safety as well as the buggy ride! We had the opportunity to head up to the waterfall as part of the clearwater trail and it was an eye-opening experience. We sat on the buggy for this as we had to embark up and down the hill. Overall, we enjoyed and appreciate the entire experience and will return again! (Ps: Other trails will open up next June!) 👏😍

Located near the awana skyway Service was good as they gifted us a toy and some earplugs due to some construction held nearby. Breakfast and high tea set was very good

Very roomy and cosy hotel room with lots of internal space. The balcony's view of the lush surroundings is equally calming and fascinating. Excellent check-in and check-out service at the reception desk. For visitors staying on-site, parking is free (you must validate your TnG card in the lobby). Although there aren't many options for breakfast, the cuisine is nonetheless delicious. A few things could be improved (perhaps due of the ongoing renovations). For example, there is no connecting route, so visitors must travel a considerable distance from the parking building to the lobby. The parking building has no lift. The biggest drawback is that there's no direct route to drive from the hotel to GPO (for those who drive their own vehicles); need to drive down to the roundabout then turn back before taking the junction to GPO.

Good hotel. Provides shuttle bus to GPO, bus terminal and awana skyway. Has a lot of facilities in the hotel and a golf course 👍🏻 The pastries here are yummy, must try!

Always loved Awana.. Food and services was good. Not too far from KL. Ambience was nice. Was looking forward for the heated pool but unfortunately it wasn’t working when we were there 😞. Nonetheless.. we will be coming back.

I have not been to Awana for the longest time. It has refurbished. Room is spacious with free shuttle to premium outlet. Parking is free but they have stop given complimentary skyway ( cable car ). Food was awesome . Totally in love with the weather and the nature surrounding it. For someone who appreciates nature I would recommend Awana. Will come back again soon.

Great place to relax and enjoy the nature especially on the awana guided trail. Free shuttle bus to GPO almost every hour. Note that breakfasts stated here is grab & go not the buffet breakfast. Due to this miscommunication, we got two free returns tickets for cable car for the of the hotel & trip.com.

I love the vibes of Awana concept - young energetic families and suitable for team building. Bed is quite big and very comfortable. Love white coffee @ Jom makan breakfast. This is my second time stay after their refurbishment. ❤️💜❤️💜Nice

A quiet nice location. People are very nice. Restaurants food are expensive with small range of choices. Gentings Resort World is just a car ride or by cable car from here. Nice view from high floor room.

Best ever with friends, booked 2 room coz we have 8 people, large room with 2 queen bed. Cozy hotel area, parking free now. Very good. Shuttle bus to gpo or one world.

Truly enjoyed my 3 days 2 nights in this hotel. Surrounded by greenery, and has lots of activities for families and kids. Loved the nasi lemak served during breakfast; the taste was good. The view in the hotel and restaurant is great. Will definitely repeat again.

Would recommend going for the older rooms as they have balcony. Newly renovated ones do not have it. Repeated stay. Love the location. Very relaxed vibes and would definitely come again.
