The owner is friendly, and there are no inconveniences with nearby convenience stores or fast food restaurants. Free parking is available behind the building. The rooms are smaller than in the photos, but since it's a duplex, four people can sleep comfortably. However, the stairs are dangerous, so I wouldn't recommend it for children. The soundproofing didn't seem very good. The interior was clean and tidy.
