We booked three twin rooms. The hotel is located right opposite the Blue House, you can see it as soon as you step out. We hadn't booked a tour for the Blue House in advance, but managed to get tickets on site – I guess being close certainly has its perks! The rooms were clean and the bedding was comfortable. The only downside was that the bathroom didn't have a separate wet and dry area, which was a bit inconvenient. The front desk staff were very helpful and even stored our luggage for us.

The bed was very comfortable and I could watch Netflix on the TV. It was easy to get around, and I could walk to many places. It's also right across from a lot of food stalls.

Convenient and clean. Can be a bit noisy at night if your room faces the street.

The hotel room is very clean, I love the environment of the hotel, feels very comfortable and heritage. Definitely will rebook again for next trip in Penang!

My car leaving at hotel parking next day I notice my back mirror is totally damage and hotel just tell me is on my own risk , no feed back or anything on the incident, kinda disappointing But hotel overall is ok just you can only sleep late night cause the karaoke will end late

The room itself wasn't small, but the bathroom was tiny and inconvenient. I'd checked reviews for many nearby hotels, and a common complaint was the lack of screens on windows, and this hotel was no exception. I couldn't open the windows, and spent all three days of my stay battling mosquitoes. During the day, housekeeping would do a basic clean, but they'd let new mosquitoes in! My child got bitten easily. The price was reasonable, and since the city isn't that big, the location doesn't really matter much.

The room itself was quite spacious, but I felt the bathroom sink was too small. There seemed to be a sound of running water outside the window, and I could also hear children crying or dogs barking. The location is really good though; there's a market-like area across the street where you can grab food, and plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. I wouldn't recommend that Chun Cha Dang place nearby; it wasn't tasty at all.

Hotel is well located in the heart of Georgetown, Penang. Staff service was very good. Special shout out to Aaron and Misha at Reception. Hotel cleanliness was on the mark. Room towels can be improved. Bath towels are jaded and frayed. Open wardrobe can do with more hangers and hook fittings. Overall, it has been a comfortable and pleasant. Special note of appreciation to Evians Choong, hotel owner and her staff, Dennis, for bringing life back to the Leith, formerly the Waldorf and the Loke Thye Kee building which is now known as the Loke Thye Kee Heritage Hotel. Well done. A final shout out to Saiful at LTKHH for sharing the upgrading initiatives by Evians and her team. Good on them. Heartwarming to see Penang revitalizing.

The room was very comfortable and I stayed for three nights, which was great. It was a bit noisy across the street, with KTV music playing until 11 PM, but the location was excellent.
