Pro: Within 3km radius of a lot of must eat places. Free Car park available. The reception was pretty responsive on whatsapp during my stay. Affordable. Spacious. Free Nespresso capsules! Speedy check out. Stunning night view from the living room balcony. I can see sun rise while seated in the dining chair in the morning and sunset is available through the kitchen window. Cons: Gym is still under renovation. The swimming pool is small. No microwave oven. The only mirrors available are in the 2 baths. We're a family of 5 but there were only exactly 4 dining chairs, cutleries, bowls, plates and cups. No cabinets for clothes in bedrooms, only a coat stand and hangers. Paid deposit by cash so I got the cash back exactly after check out. I'd they don't increase price, I'll definitely be back. The place is just too comfortable🤩

The three-bedroom suite was quite spacious, and we even bought some groceries to cook our own meals, which was a nice option! Sitting in the living room chairs, gazing out at the view was incredibly relaxing. We even got to see the sunrise in the mornings! On the downside, both bathrooms were on the small side, and one of the small windows in a bedroom didn't have curtains, so once the sun was up, sleeping in was impossible, which was a shame. During our stay, we happened to catch an Indian festival right outside the hotel, and the procession on the street was really spectacular. Also, the pool tiles were quite slippery, so be extra careful if you're swimming with children!

The front desk staff were very welcoming and offered Chinese-speaking service. The hotel is conveniently located about 1.5 km from all citywalk attractions, and there are two 7-Eleven stores nearby. The room was new and well-equipped, but quite small – there was less than 30 cm of space between the foot of the bed and the TV. The 14th-floor pool was nice. For the 15th-floor laundry, you'll need to bring your own detergent pods as they're not provided. Overall, it's still a good value for money option.

This hotel is perfect for families! It's in a great location with lots of food options downstairs. Choosing to stay in Georgetown when visiting Penang was definitely the right decision. The rooms are clean, and the front desk offers Chinese-speaking service, which met all our needs. The bed was really comfortable.

Overall is good! New condominium and had a good stay here with friends! There is a Zus Coffee at the lobby and is really convenient for us who need a coffee in the morning.

The hotel is very new, and the terrace offers a great ambiance, with a beautiful swimming pool. However, perhaps because it's so new, many facilities aren't yet open, such as the rooftop gym and the downstairs restaurant. In-room amenities also need improvement; for example, there was only one hairdryer for three rooms, and insufficient cutlery. During our stay, there was a minor drainage issue in one of the bathrooms, but the maintenance staff resolved it quickly. Given the relatively high price we paid, it was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, overall, we were quite satisfied.
