Before checking in, I had to pay a 6 ringgit tax at the front desk. The front desk staff was very nice. The air conditioning was on and very strong as soon as I entered. The location is excellent, right near Kimberley Street (汕頭街), and close to all the attractions. However, the room was very small. The AC unit and bathroom ventilation were very dirty, blowing out dust occasionally. At night, the AC kept blowing directly on my head, which was uncomfortable. The water bottle was reused, but the stopper was moldy. The room wasn't cleaned properly; the toilet wasn't cleaned at all, and the shower head leaked, so the toilet always got splashed whenever I showered. The Wi-Fi was terrible and often couldn't load anything.

The room has a shower with soap and shampoo, plus a hairdryer. Toothbrushes are also provided. There's air conditioning, but no window. You need to pay an additional 2 RM at the reception, either in cash or by card. The hotel has an elevator.

Room is big, suitable if u need space to arrange luggage, 2 bed are enough for 4 adult. The front counter staffs all very nice.

The accommodation was clean with comfortable air conditioning. The staff provided excellent service. It's close to a variety of food options, and the price is good. It's quiet, clean, and the rooms are affordable, plus it's near a street food area.

It's very convenient to find places to eat and walk around nearby, and everything is within easy walking distance. It's great!

The accommodation is right in the city center, making it easy to get around. Cars can access it directly, and it's nice to walk around the area as well.

It is considered a good budget-friendly stay in a prime location. Best For - Travelers who spend most of the day outside exploring. - Budget-conscious visitors. - Short stays (2–4 nights). - Food lovers who want to walk everywhere.

The room was absolutely fantastic, it had everything we needed, and the environment was incredibly clean. The front desk staff, both the men and women, were very friendly.

The front desk staff were always on duty. The room was close to restaurants and convenient for travel.

Good for short stay. Basic amenities provided. Iron place at outside of the walkway. Water station, microwave (halal food only) and coffee amenities at lobby. Pls bring own toothpaste cuz they only provide toothbrush. If you dont mind using their shampoo (it can be use as bathgel too), you can use. Otherwise bring on your own.
