It is located in one of the mains areas of Georgetown, very close to Komtar Tower. The staff is very helpful and polite. The room service is lovely. Their breakfast is one of the best I have ever had.
The hotel adheres to eco-friendly policies.

I was able to check in early at 10.00 am. The hotel was nice, comfy and spacious. Located near to 1st Avanue Mall and few restaurants. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious. Pillow was horrible which I slept without it. Bathroom was furnished with good bathroom accessories.
Breakfast was decent with a good selection of carbs, dimsum, salad, pastries, egg service station and DIY noodle station. Some days there are staff who make fresh rotis upon order. May get bored after 3 days eating
Cost: ~$90++/night (after tax, fees)

What a pleasant surprise when we steped into the hotel room to see such a thoughtful set up for our anniversary. Had a great stay at this hotel. Highly recomend and will be back again.

Location was convenient to Georgetown area. The malls beside the hotel was okay. Very accessible to food options nearby. staff was friendly

Location wise; not difficult to find food but other areas would be better such as Gurney area.
The view, especially the pool area, blocked by Jen Hotel could be one of the setbacks.
The staff, Farhana and Farhani, were very accommodating and friendly in the check in and check out process.
However, limited knowledge on attractions outside of Georgetown.

Very convenient to explore the nearby Kimberly Street, Armenian Street. Just opposite a new mall 1st Avenue Mall.

The room is neat and tidy. The hotel is located at a convenient location, very close to the 1st avene shopping mall and with many famous restaurants nearby. Good view at the floor of gym room and swimming pool.
