Reviews of Urban H Hotel

My stay for this hotel is overall average compared to my stay for previous days. Not much to comment, just can mention their receptionist is providing as great service as possible. They will help to prepare your room in advance, having the air cond on before you checked in.

Nothing to comment. Everything was arranged properly…for guest arrival. Arrived at hotel after midnight and welcomed by the hotel guard which is a little bit abnormal…but it is great because he was very friendly and helpful. Congratulation..See you next time.

It was not as what we expect..becoz this hotel gives us the best vacay moments as the comfortable and great ambience really give us sleepless nights..wish we could stay another night but bosses are jealous of our vacay..😅 definitely will come back to stay here..Lina the front officer gave us the best service, polite and kind to assist on every enquiry we gave..thank u so much..i can only say..don’t judge the exterior with the interior..🤭

Convenient location in an office building right smack in Georgetown with eateries within walking distance. Not too busy street so roadside parking is easy for convenience, or you can also park in the building for free under the hotel. It is also a quiet street but not dodgy, allowing travelers restful sleep without compromising safety.

Need to improve in cleanliness. Staff is friendly The room is quite noisy, I not sure what’s the sound. When I open the shower, the sound is more and more loud.

The location is near to those famous food. The parking fee can be waived. The room is clean and the service is good.

Location is ok. But the cleaning frequency is not by daily but every alternate day. Service is ok too

the room is clean and tidy, like it very much! will stay here again on my next trip to Penang!

Nothing to complaint about this time, just water heater not really working in the morning. I’m here again bcoz of Jet, with this pricing I could get many similar hotel around Georgetown. Jet one of their excellent staff of this hotel, won’t b bk without him here. He’s such a responsive & accommodate guy! He deserve more credit from his boss!

Mr jet is the only reason I bk to this hotel, a responsible guy!
