The hotel room is in French style and has an atmosphere. The whole hotel is a century-old building with not many rooms. The bathroom supplies are from Australian Aesop, which is very high-quality. Breakfast is a la carte and there is Chinese service. The service is very good and warm. It is the biggest in the hotel. The shortcoming is the location. You can walk from Bincheng Old Town, but it takes about half an hour. However, the highlight is that you will pass a place similar to a vegetable market on the road, and there will be a durian stall on the roadside that cannot be found in Bincheng Old Town. The hotel is generally good and suitable for fashionable young couples.

Very satisfied with the hotel and the location. I walked along the street at night and found a popular night market. I also passed by the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. It is convenient to eat and drink near the hotel, with convenience stores, food stalls, night markets, and durian fruit shops all available.

One of our best hotel experiences ever. The service was outstanding with very attentive staff who took care of our every need. However, the best part of our stay was the food. It was of the highest standard, beautifully presented and truly delicious. We will be back!!!

Unique great experience in this stylish colonial mansion. Services and food also fantastic. Love the afternoon tea at Cellar the festive dinner at Blanc on new year eve. Me and my friends have a very pleasant stay.

I paid 150 RMB for high tea today and although the product was creative and a bit fun I left hungry. My main issue however was the service. It appears there was no manager on duty because the staff were messing about on their mobile phones and I had to always ask them for things because they were focussed on chatting and their phones. It wasn’t 5 star at all and having managed hotels the service was actually appalling. I found a bit of plastic in one of the dishes and the staff member just took it from me and threw it in the bin. No acknowledgement. Then I was waiting in the lobby for my cab and I can hear front desk staff laughing and messing about. They were only interested in messing about. I feel cheated by todays experience and I hope they get manager back on duty soon because today it was not being managed at all

Good service provided by Aaron, Nancy, Darren and Natasha. MM is fortunate to have this lovely team who always serve with a wide smile. They even provided good explanation to reach did they they served to us. Overall a good mansion to visit, cozy environment and worth the money spent. A good experience to have hi-tea with family during Christmas festive season.
