Overall the service, location, amenities very good ,but there is one thing that i hope hotel menagement can upgrade their service in call dealing.Before this many time i stay here but still facing phone problem.I can't call the receptionist for check my booking/reservation.So i hope after this management could ready for customer can call anytime for checking their reservation.Thank you

Good place to stay,walk in distance to town
But the clean up part need to be better

I stay with my family here book 4 room here.
The hotel was full during that time
Room space is big. Has bath tub. Room design is nice
Provided with free breakfast ,but it was ala carte menu, no buffet.
The only downside is the limited parking
Location is nearby famous eateris like sup hameed, nasi kandar line clear

I fully understand working long hours can be stressful but as a hotelier and a front line myself for more than 15 years that not the reason for you not to be attentive and friendly toward your guest
You have such a nice hotel with a very strategic location hope to see some improvement with the staff
The room is nice but it a bit dark but we understand it must be because of the interior design, love to come back but hopefully we can get higher floor and room with balcony next time
We miss our breakfast since you only start serving at 8am we need to catch early flight to the airport
