Hotel and Rooms is new. Shower is good as water pressure very strong, but the TV not working at all, didn’t ask the staff come and check, because only stay 1 night. BTW, it’s quiet and have a good rest.

I chose the Victoria Garden Hotel through Trip.com for my trip to Penang, and it was a great choice. It's conveniently located, especially for the Old Street and Clan Jetties, which were both within walking distance. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide combs, which is a bit inconvenient for long hair. Overall, a five-star experience.

Location is perfect—just steps from the main attractions and great restaurants, yet the street itself is quiet at night. The check-in was swift and the staff were wonderfully friendly. Our room was surprisingly spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. For a short city break where you want to be in the heart of the action and rest well, this hotel is an excellent choice. Great value for the prime location and comfort provided.

Hotel location walkable to street art, kimberly night market, chew jetty. Infront the hotel has food court and coffee shop, beside the hotel has mini mart and morning breakfast food court. Hotel clean, cold AC. Nice....

Wifi down during our stay which is quite disappointed as there is also no line in our room Other thg no complain. Carpark is free room is quite comfortable and the location is good with a cafe just right opposite the hotel
