Reviews of OZO George Town Penang

Locations is good n convenience . A lots of famous food restaurants very nearby with walking distance . But , the Towels in hotel is smelly n old . If can, please provide the hair conditioner n comb as well.

The front desk is on the 20th floor. The location is just okay; it's about a 15-minute walk to the livelier areas, which is acceptable. The price itself is very good, and the overall place is comfortable and clean, except for some stains on the sofa which might be hard to clean but don't look great. The swimming pool and gym on the 22nd floor are small but well-equipped, offering all the basic necessities for a relaxing time! The room is spacious, bright, and clean, with all the necessary amenities, including an iron to smooth out wrinkled clothes from your luggage. The shower has good hot water and strong pressure. The only minor complaint would be that the soundproofing isn't the best, but it's not terrible either, so it's within an acceptable range!

The room was clean and the pool was empty, which was great. The service on the 20th floor was also very good. The only flaw was when I was picking up my luggage on the first floor, an older gentleman with slightly darker skin seemed to be complaining about something, and I'm not sure what he had to complain about. Anyway, aside from him, everything else was very good.

The room was great, with a separate wet and dry area, and a view of the sea. The rooftop pool offered fantastic views. The breakfast was quite good, and there were plenty of dining options nearby, such as Ming Garden and New World, catering to all budgets.

It’s a very comfy stay, bed is soft and comfortable. Water pressure is strong and bathroom is clean and spacious. Staffs are all very helpful and friendly especially arrange OKU parking for us to easy access to hotel. There is also a car park lift for hotel guests. You can also refill your water from the water purifier machine provided too! We will definitely come back again!

Excellent! It's clean, hygienic, and you can even see the sea. The soundproofing is pretty good too. I highly recommend it, and you don't even need to bring a travel adapter. Even though I didn't encounter any front desk staff who spoke Chinese, they understood what I was saying, and their accent wasn't too strong. I strongly recommend staying at OZO George Town Penang.

Great stay with a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient, staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was good. Everything was well maintained, making the stay pleasant and relaxing. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Before going, I was worried about noise isolation at night, especially about the sound of motorcycles. However, I stayed on the 7th floor and didn't hear a thing. The room was very clean and well-arranged. I booked a suite, which was essentially two independent rooms with an interconnecting door. The bedding was very comfortable, and the rooftop pool offered a great view. The hotel is close to many attractions. Yong Pin Tea Cafe, Toh Soon Cafe, and The Founders (recommended by Jay Chou) are all within a 5-minute walk. You can also rent motorcycles in the city if you have a motorcycle license. My husband rented one and said it rode very smoothly. I'll definitely stay at OZO George Town Penang again next time I visit George Town, Penang! Highly recommend!

What a beautiful hotel in a great location. The bed was absolutely amazing, and so was the view of George Town. Friendly staff, large room – simply a 10/10.

Highly recommend OZO George Town! The front desk team was extremely attentive and gave us a free room upgrade for my grilfriend birthday. On day two, housekeepers left cute towel swans and complimentary treats in our room. Such thoughtful gestures made our trip unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team!

Complementary donuts for celebration of anniversary, helpful cleaning staff promptly entertained our request

The hotel's location is good, and the room was quite comfortable. However, the service needs improvement. I stayed for 3 nights, and each morning before heading out, I pressed the button for room cleaning. Yet, when I returned to my room at 3 PM, it hadn't been cleaned, and the towels hadn't been replaced. This was a very unpleasant experience. I had to call the front desk 2-3 times before an employee came up to clean the room, which really affected my travel mood and overall stay.

Loved their hospitality and also the breakfast provided. The space is big and comfortable too.

The room is spacious and clean. Location is centralised and near to some of the famous food.
