There were ants in the bathroom, but the room was otherwise clean. Quite dated. Very friendly staff.

Terrible experience, rigid and hostile staff. This does not bring any advantage in a world where there is so much competition. Customers should at least be welcomed and understood, especially the polite and quiet ones. Modest rooms, soundproofing not impeccable.

I don't understand the opinions of some, I stayed there in July and August 2024, 2 nights, 2 different rooms and I found this hotel to be wonderfully comfortable and clean, the staff speak French and are very friendly, the breakfasts are generous and the parking spaces are very wide. I didn't find anything negative and I will return next year to make two stops like this year to cut my vacation trip in two. A big thank you to all the staff

Hotel that may seem "beautiful", thanks to the photo but it is not at all! The photos are retouched, only the reception is modern... The rooms and the corridors are more than old. Stains on the carpet in the corridors. Elevators that can only hold 2 people, and NOT AT ALL modern! Room not very welcoming, only the bathroom has been redone... And again... light above the sink that no longer works. Cleaning needs to be reviewed. Not to mention the fact that it is not at all isolated!! We can hear our neighbors' TV when they talk, and we had upstairs neighbors with a dog (this does not bother me in any way) but we can hear its claws as soon as it walked. In addition, the underground parking is closed by a code gate, but the garage door remains open ALL the time... I do not recommend it if you want to stay there for several days or weeks.

The reception doesn't understand anything. The reservation was canceled and confirmed, BUT my VISA card was charged. I've complained, but nothing's come back. I've written countless times, and I've only received stupid replies. I advise against booking! It's only a problem.

Traveling with the family, we always stopped on the return trip to Germany. I had a good memory of this hotel, unfortunately I have to change my mind. It is not a 4-star hotel at all, the rooms need renovation and I would recommend putting a day curtain so as not to remain with the night curtain closed and the light on even during the day. Breakfast is ok even if with industrial products.

English: On the main road of Gerenzano, with immediate parking difficulties, there are limited spaces nearby and on the other side of the road, while the underground ones cost €10 per day, but you can temporarily park your car near the entrances to unload your suitcases. The location from the outside is nice, it seems recently renovated, as is the hall, while the rest of the structure is dated, with several visible signs of time; ditto for the room, quite clean and tidy, but not very comfortable, the double bed created by joining two singles, with thin and not very comfortable mattresses, was not exactly the best. The breakfast is neither infamy nor praise, the sweet part is better than the savoury one, but overall very industrial products, in the buffet presentation nice, but of little substance. The staff was friendly, while the positive note, perhaps the only one, was the price, €70 per night during the Easter period, good. Overall I would not go back, a 3-star hotel experience.

Matratzen sind komplett durch gelegen - Klimaanlage war kaum spürbar in der Nacht bei 26° Außentemperatur. Das Frühstück war komplett leer und wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Nachdem ich 10 Minuten auf mein Rührei gewartet habe, war die nach gefüllte Portion komplett kalt.

Esperienza pessima e gestione assolutamente inaccettabile. Ho chiamato l’hotel per avere conferma della disponibilità di una camera e mi è stato assicurato telefonicamente che la stanza c’era. Su loro richiesta ho inviato la mail di conferma, convinta che la prenotazione fosse ormai definita. Dopo poco, ho ricontattato la struttura per avere la certezza che la mail fosse pervenuta e mi sono sentita dire che la camera “non era più disponibile”. Un comportamento estremamente poco professionale e scorretto, che dimostra totale mancanza di organizzazione e di rispetto verso i clienti. Se non siete in grado di gestire correttamente le prenotazioni, evitate di dare conferme telefoniche che poi vengono smentite nel giro di poco. Ho perso tempo inutilmente e mi sono ritrovata senza sistemazione per colpa della loro superficialità. Esperienza davvero negativa. Non mi affiderei più a questa struttura e non la consiglierei a nessuno.

Accogliente con un rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. Ci torneremo presto.

Hotel dichiarato 4 stelle… premetto che non l’ho scelto io ma mi ha mandato l’agenzia. Personale nella norma. Camera senza bidet( e’ la seconda volta su due volte che vengo quindi nonostante camere diverse mai trovato il bidet). Assenza di bicchieri,un rotolo di carta igienica,assenza di fazzoletti e cuffia per la doccia. Non è possibile regolare la posizione del riscaldamento,tutto automatico. Inoltre ero in una camera con esternamente un ornamento luminoso blu,nonostante la tenda tirata completamente la luce passava lateralmente e quindi è molto difficile dormire. Lenzuola pulite ma con un buco. Allego foto
