A very clean and nice hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is not many parking spaces.

Typical hotel to host foreigners for whom parties, music, games are prepared... It's good because it doesn't affect the rooms

Booked a day pass to use the pool. It is situated in the middle of a residential area; you wouldn’t be aware of that with all the palm trees around the pool. Lovely day out and very relaxing.

a nice hotel with good food and friendly staff nice rooms but a bit noisy air conditioner. lots of activities for guests from morning to late evening. I haven't found anything to complain about

Located in a not so nice part of cyprus. Food was lovely. Entertainment was poor. One evening was karaoke, to which many holiday makers enjoyed. However we were told it had to finish because the holiday rep hadn’t had a break all day and wanted to go home. Speaking to other families and couples they felt that the hotel was boring with very little to do. Pools very cold, with chipped and dirty tiles. Some services were closed which Tui do not make you aware of. Management was rude, particularly when it reached 12pm, wanting you to leave and go back to your rooms. All inclusive stops at 12 therefore drinks have to be bought there after with a 30minute drinking up time. All bar and restaurant staff are lovely who work hard. We’re fortunate to be able to travel alot. I would not recommend this hotel. Although Cyprus is beautiful and other parts are definitely worth visiting.

Food at the Buffet is good, but steer clear of the Al a Carte Restaurant! Hotel is clean, but looks very dated and is situated in out-of-the-way location. Staff, while polite, can be a bit hot-and-cold. Room, whilst clean, was very dated and I do not think match to the pictures on the website. I won’t be going back.

We stayed here as a group of 10 (5x couples and a baby) in September 2025 and had a really lovely week. The communal areas are all really lovely, look to be newly refurbished and clean. The staff are all very lovely & keen to help you in any way they can. There is a huge difference in rooms, I think myself & my partner were put into a family room as it is the biggest room we’ve stayed in. It was very spacious, lots of wardrobe space with fridge & safe included. Some of our friends however had much smaller rooms. We also had a room overlooking the carpark which is never ideal however we had no problems with noise from cars etc , but if we were to stay again we would pay the extra for a pool view room. On a negative however - the main pool is very crowded. We were shocked to find ‘sunbed wars’ out of the school holidays, and found that a member of our party would need to be getting sunbeds at 8am in order for us all to be together. The daily entertainment at the pool is also good, the entertainment team are polite, asking if you want to join but not over-bearing when you refuse. The food absolutely makes this hotel - every day there is fresh food and a variety of choice. It is, honestly, the best all-inclusive food that I have had in a long time. One of our party is Coeliac and she had no end of choices, including freshly made pizza’s from the chef in the restaurant. The cafe is also a great touch, with coffee and snacks available pretty much all day. There are also milk alternatives available for anyone who needs them. We only tried the barbecue al-a-carte, this was pretty good. They had a good selection, however there was a lot of meat and not many different options. If we were to return, we would ensure to book the other al-a-carte’s on the first day, as we left it too long and ran out of time! These can be booked on the screens opposite the main restaurant. The all-inclusive drinks however aren’t the best. Besides the pina colada which is 10/10 and your generic tequila sunrise which cannot be wrong, the local spirits are much better than the cocktail list. The G&T’s and Rum&Cokes are good. The white wine in the restaurant when ordered by bottle is also really nice. The evening entertainment was fine, bingo every night was our highlight! There is also a lot of entertainment, but is mainly aimed at children however when it doesn’t start until 9pm, there are not children around to watch it. Other than that, I think they need to move the live singers into the outside area for everyone to enjoy, rather than in the adults only bar. It was quite frustrating that we couldn’t enjoy this as we had a child with us who they wouldn’t let into the area (even though he was asleep in the pram). There is also a paddle court which can be used free of charge (you pay to rent the rackets) which is a nice touch, In terms of the surrounding area, there isn’t much around. There is a small shop opposite, and a sports bar round the corner which has really

clean hotel, great food, staff mostly pleasant, room cleaned daily, adult only sunbed are devine if your lucky enough to get one. cocktails are good. toilets at main pool always wet floor and dangerous not checked enough. expensive to keep room on, on the last day. shower room we got 30 mins for 3 of us. one waitress not pleasant in dining room, drinks ordered never arrived when you ask you just got bad attitude. corridor outside room needs a hoover. fridge didn't work so asked for it to be changed still not cold, it was enclosed in a cupboard. 3 of us in a room only 2 cups etc and 1 pillow. i was on a sofa bed as hard as rock which i think is wrong paying full price. bbq night nice food but got smoked out all afternoon and evening which spoilt it. entertainment usual things nothing special. I had to report a poorly cat several times then to rep before it was taken to vets heart breaking. guests fed and watered them. didn't try any of the other restaurants so can't comment. in middle of no where really not much about, number 30 bus to marina old town shopping mall. beach not great bottom of road. nice for a chilled holiday. sometimes music was over powering around pool different ones playing at same time and couldn't hear quiz.

Demetrios was the outstanding bar manager, friendly helpful told us places to go for Cypriot food. Ashmia was a lovely waitress too. The room overlooked the main pool big clean and comfortable no issues. The shower was over the bath which worked well. Food in hotel was outstanding lots of choice at every meal. Didn't do BBQ or try a la carte personal choice. Local drinks were fine. There isn't much to do around the hotel, this is where hotel let's itself down. The entertainment was shocking to say the least, not enough of it and mostly very poor. Due to location of hotel it should gave a full good evenings worth of entertainment. I would also say very little for children to do on an evening.

The hotel is spotless and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We asked to be moved on our initial night. The view from the balcony was not nice for us and reception could not have done more to please us. Nothing a problem to them. Professional and happy to offer any assistance. You can walk or get a bus to limassol harbour. Recommend the beach there and a visit to the old town. Blue lagoon is beautiful. The Trudos mountains are spectacular. Chris was our guide and very informative and entertaining.Highly recommend.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The staff surprised us with a small cake with an inscription and a bottle of wine in the room, which made us feel very special. The hotel is clean, and there was plenty of food to choose from. There are three swimming pools, and we always found enough sunbeds. The evening entertainment program was really good and enjoyable. The only downside was that we noticed the bar staff arguing and shouting at each other one evening, which was unpleasant to see. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a fabulous hotel! So friendly and welcoming. The food was lovely, we didn’t tire of the buffet restaurant at snacks available. The a’lacarte restaurant was very good for 1 night on the all inclusive.The area around the main pool was very clean and tidy. It was good that there was an adult pool area and bar too! There wasn’t much close to hotel except a few bars and a couple of shops but the bus was easy to use and car hire were all around.

I have had one of the best holidays here at this hotel. The food is amazing and flavourful, has a decent choice and the best all inclusive i have experienced so far. A few special mentions to some of the people who have made our experience really amazing. Anna the barmaid - she's so good at her job, she is very welcoming and easy to converse with i have enjoyed getting to spend time with her at the bar. George from the Restaurant, he is incredibly accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. The kitchen staff are amazing i didn't catch all of their names, Rafael and christakis, including the lovely man who made the best pizza 😋. The hotel reception staff are incredibly helpful and will go out of their way to help you. Always say hello. Thank you 😊 I hope to come back one day.
