It was a stay using the prefectural people. Because I had declared on the phone in advance, the check-in procedure and the application of the prefectural people were very smooth. The guide in the building was a foreign national staff, and there was a wall of words, but it was easy to understand all the necessary matters. In addition, the information you received at check-in was also described in the information you were able to go to each large bath and were able to use all three large baths without hesitation. I was very worried about which dinner to make, but Ogawaya was the first time to use it, so I made it a standard meeting seat, but it was correct. You can eat at the private room banquet hall, and the amount and taste are satisfactory. The dinner attendant was also a foreign national, but it was very polite and very good as the guide. The breakfast buffet was also used after 7:00, so it was not particularly crowded, and the seat was also very relaxing. It was a type with an open-air bath on the balcony, so the stay in the room is also very relaxing and recommended. It was a stay without any inconvenience at all. I like the accompanying people very much and I would like to visit again when I go to Gero.

The rooms are spacious and bright, the scenery is charming, the fireworks can be seen at night, clean and tidy, it is a traditional decoration style. The colorful bathrobes seem to dress the whole holiday as well. The hotel has a separate hot spring, and the whole family can go soaking together. Of course, dinner and breakfast here are had to be mentioned, delicious to death. The staff from Hong Kong are polite and welcoming and helpful.

It is conveniently located along the river. There is a dedicated parking lot not on the premises but a little further away. If you go up the road between the parking lot and the main building, there is a souvenir street, which is convenient. The facilities themselves are quite old, but everything was well maintained and I was able to use it without any complaints. Mr. Nakai was a young and cute person from Myanmar and I had a good impression. Most of the other staff seemed to be foreigners, but they are not dissatisfied and their language is pretty solid. The relatively steep aluminum stairs in the large public bath are a bit scary, but the view from the open-air bath is nice. There are 6 bathtubs for one person in the open-air bath that is replaced the next day? (I think it was). The only thing I'm worried about is that the amount of each faucet is small and the water pressure is low. You have to press 4 to 5 times to fill the bucket, and the water pressure in the shower was not enough for me, who likes strong water pressure. The food was strangely abundant and did not look luxurious, and the seasoning was good and satisfying. Overall I am satisfied.

Since my child was 1 years old, I decided to travel with 3 family members and stayed there. There was also a kids room for children, and the children were very excited. The room was large and I was able to spend it freely. I was just wondering if the air conditioner in the kids room and the electricity were not on. Also, in the women's bath, the temperature of the children's bath was quite lukewarm and cold, and the fence of the crib was low, so it was difficult because I couldn't put the child in. But I also took an open-air bath in the room and it was a very enjoyable trip. Thank you very much.

It feels like an ”adult's inn” with a quiet appearance. First of all, I liked that the front desk was not noisy because the number of rooms was small. Since the room was on the 1st floor, I was able to go outside for a while. I was healed by the mountains, the moon, and the murmuring of the river that I looked up from there. If it was 2F, could you see the river? Both the open-air bath and the indoor bath are not large, but it was nice to have a clean and calm feeling. I didn't take a reservation-only private bath, but maybe because I staggered the bathing time, I was able to enjoy it by myself both at night and in the morning. And the food is wonderful. It looks delicate and beautiful, and everything was really delicious ♡ It feels luxurious to be able to have it quietly in a private room. Also, it is worth mentioning that all the staff were nice and kind. There was a lot of attention to detail. For example, when I told the staff about the place I went to today, the proprietress who came to say hello to me at dinner knew it well and said, ”You went there, how was it?” , I handed over my preferences for breakfast the day before to the person in charge the next day (because I was staying for several nights), and asked me, ”Is it okay to have the same rice porridge and tomato juice as yesterday?” I was also surprised that the information was shared so that it was unnecessary. I was very happy to spend a relaxing and enjoyable time with my husband and wife on a reward trip once a year. It is a wonderful inn that you will want to visit again, and it is recommended.

I stayed here for the first time in several years. This time, I requested a room with an open-air bath as a reward for myself who was busy. It feels very luxurious to spend time alone on the large open-air bath. The open-air bath on the veranda is large, and you can enjoy the hot springs flowing directly from the hot spring, so you can enjoy a clean bath. It's too good, and if you stand too close to the fence, you'll be able to see it from the parking lot, so be careful. I will have it at the restaurant It was a level worthy of special mention I would definitely like to visit again
