The hotel room was different from expectations and had to pay to stay in a room with a hot spring, but Trip.com kindly gave me a refund and additional fund to compensate my time. This is excellent service.

The hotel is located in Gero City. It has a beautiful appearance. Check-in was quick. The lobby staff can speak fluent English and are very warm and courteous. You can pick up a bathrobe to soak in the hot spring. It is very comfortable. The room is clean and tidy. The only thing is that there is no shower liquid/washing liquid. The hair lotion/conditioner is in the room. You have to go to Reception and ask the staff to get it. I hope the hotel will pay attention. Overall, this hotel has a good value for money. I will stay here again next time.
