What a dump. Group of 29 of us. 4 star is completely untrue. Not even 1 star. Can you give negative stars? Treated like crap. Fifthy premises, completely overgrown grounds,rude staff,awful food. Do NOT stay here.

ES UN HOTEL NEFASTO!! El agua de color amarillenta, imposible duch**** y ase****, con grumos de arena de los cuales no sabemos su origen. La actitud de los trabajadores es pésima, tanto hacía los que se alojan en el hotel como entre ellos mismos ( habl**** mal entre los trabajadores ). La comida sin sabor, seca y de mala calidad. En mi opinión hay muchos mas hoteles a un mejor precio y calidad , así os podéis ahorrar esta mala experiencia .

I spent two nights in this hotel and extended my stay another two nights. They had problems with wi fi vbut they solved the problem quickly and very well. Excellent rooms, food and service. Good breakfast buffet. I would go back there. Very easy access to get to Madrid and Warner Park.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, it was among the worst I have experienced. The room was nice, but the cleaning was poor. The shower was very dirty with deposits on the walls. Old socks were in the wardrobe when we arrived. The food and the hygiene (same bowl of tomato puree for 5 days not changed) the same platter of toppings went in and out without being changed, they were just refilled. The food was cold, had to use the microwave every day. Sour milk in the coffee machine, sour toppings in the morning, tired staff.

Llegue con mis amigos ayer por la noche, inmejorable trato por parte del recepcionista (te sientes como en casa) En la cafetería excelente calidad de comida y habitaciones en perfectas condiciones de limpieza.

Hotel en la autovía, eso ya se sabe cuando reservas. Cosas buenas, buena cocina y limpieza. Cosas malas, mantenimiento. Está echo polvo. Persiana rota. Stores ventana rotos. Teléfono sin cable de alimentación. Cisterna WC parece que se cae el mundo cuando lo pulsas. Almohadas, creo que deben tener un par de cm de espesor. HORRIBLES. Estructura de literas, como se te ocurra moverte mientras duermes te despiertas tú y 3 habitaciones contiguas del ruido que monta. No volveré a repetir la verdad.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA! Non ho mai alloggiato in un posto simile, ma purtroppo siamo stati costretti, visto il sold out di Madrid per la presenza della Fair 2023. I mobili della camera sono a dir poco pietosi, brutti e vecchi. Il frigorifero non funzionava, abbiamo acceso l'aria condizionata ma siamo stati costretti a chiuderla immediatamente perché dal bocchettone è iniziata ad uscire della polvere sottile e piccoli insetti neri. Il bagno è scandaloso, con vasca con scarico che emanavo un terribile odore e una tenda di plastica macchiata. Anche la colazione è pessima, l'unica nota positiva era il posto auto. Lo SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE.

Todo genial,desde que te reciben hasta que llegas a tu habitación,estilo campero,con párking en la puerta. la habitación 231/232 amplía,baño con todas las piezas,LCD 32",cama king de 2.00M con buen colchón estilo muelles y almohadas.Buena cafetería

Consigliatissimo. Fatto di mini casette ognuna con il suo parcheggio. Reception 24 or al giorno, parcheggio privato. E' inoltre vicinissimo all'autovia, per cui ideale per soste durante viaggi lunghi (come il nostro)
