Worst staff, took us 1 hr to check in. After that they took another hour to bring our luggage that too after calling them 4 times. The door wouldn't lock from outside and then it took 5 calls and another hour to change our room. The rooms were clean but you could clearly hear the person getting banged in the room next to you. Such a terrific experience. Also please don't park with their valet as they need at least 20-30 mins to get your car, park somewhere outside as that would much more convenient.

Booked for my friend and he thanked me for the wonderful experience. Pricing was also competitive. Staff was polite and coperative

The place isn’t as good as advertised. The bathroom is outdated and needs renovation. Before giving the room, they didn’t prepare it, but even basic amenities like shower gel were missing. I requested it and received it on the second day. The reception staff wasn’t very welcoming.

The rooms were quite poor. The building looked nice from the outside, but the rooms were terrible. I wouldn't recommend staying there. The front desk service was bad, but the greeting *** was very nice. It was a mixed bag.

I had great stay at Mahagun sarovar. Shivendu was very kind and conductive to make our stay pleasant and warm. Food was good and the needs were catered. Thanks

Good points - Hotel was very comfortable, great comfy beds , staff were very helpful, great location. Down points - the pool wasn’t opened which we would have love a swim in the afternoon. We changed rooms three times because of no internet, finally got a room with internet access, had to call down to reception many times for no towels , fridge wasn’t working, microwave wasn’t working but these were changed. Didn’t have wine at the bar only whikey and vodka, but got our driver to take us to the liquor store. But we did have a nice stay
