Great hotel with 5 stars! But i wish they had a jacuzzi, but its okay. The hotel is perfect!

It was an amazing experience staying in your hotel for one night and I'm sure that we'll do it again. Rooftop was amazing with an exceptional atmosphere and great drinks/service. Rooms was super clean and flawless. Breakfast was delicious. Room service was super professional. Only one comment concerning the pool: Staff is not well trained (I asked for Aperol Spritz and they told us that it wasn't available, then I pointed out the bottle); however, they were veryyy nice and asked me to show them how to do it so I did that. My advise is that, at least ”Drink Menu” should be common between the rooftop and the pool area, people will expect to have the same drinks they had the night before. Just under a few kilometers from the ski slopes, Faraya Village Club is an ideal place to go skiing and spend some time with loved ones. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite at all times, In fact, every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help us at any time. The rooms were spacious and very clean with an amazing view over the mountains covered with snow and the Saint Charbel statute. Despite the very cold weather, the room was well heated, and we also lighted the fireplace that gave an amazing ambience. I would highly recommend this hotel for the best experience!
