We had very mixed feelings about this accommodation but overall thought it was overpriced and not good value for money. Mieke was very kind and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately the building smelled of smoke and as non-smokers, we found this unpleasant. Also toilet made loud noises throughout the night (due to septic tank system.)

Spent 2 nights in this historic BnB with a lovely courtyard, a large spacious room, with comfortable bed, sitting chairs and small table, with coffee and tea in the room. The location is perfect - just a short walk from the historic city center and all its many attractions, but amazingly quiet and calm. Mieke is the kindest and friendliest of hosts, and enjoys sharing her love of the city. When we arrived she had a map all marked up with the places to see. It was very helpful.

I had the most delightful experience at this charming place! The hostess was absolutely fantastic, making me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay. The ambiance of the place was so lovely, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. And let's not forget the breakfast – it was truly top-notch, a delicious and satisfying way to start the day. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway with a great hostess, a lovely setting, and a breakfast that's second to none!

What an amazing BB, charming & quaint. Loved our couple of nights here, it had a real homely feel. Mieke is the lovely owner who provided us with breakfast & local information. The rooms are large & spacious. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower. This is a lovely restored house, which gives you a real feel of Ghent's history. Everything is within walking distance. We loved our stay here & would not hesitate to recommend Door10.

Highly recommended. This property is an oasis located in the former St-Elizabeth beguinage, which, centuries ago, was a convent-like community of lay women. It is now a lovely residential neighborhood that provides a feeling of peace and serenity. While quiet and away from the congestion of the central area, Door 10 is also a very easy walk to the city’s sites and to its great restaurants. The charming host provided us with great recommendations and made reservations for us. She also prepared an amazing and delicious breakfast showcasing a wide array of local specialties.

The perfect base for our stay in Ghent. A ten minute walk into the heart of the city yet so peaceful and quiet - only the sound of the birds to wake you. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a b&b - a feast for the palate and the eyes. Thank you Mieke.

A pochi.minuti a piedi dal centro è una soluzione perfetta x chi cerca un posto accogliente con camere spaziose e bagno piu che confortevole. La padrona di casa è gentilissima e disponibile x qualunque consiglio. Un ottima soluzione per visitare la città e per raggiungere facilmente altre mete delle fiandre. Davvero consigliato
