We spent a night during a family city trip. Great building, very interesting place. Quite trendy looking, staff is very friendly. The location is good. 25 minute walk from the center (and a nice walk) . I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 because the housecleaning staff had obviously forgotten to clean the room : a cup was still full of coffee, the trash had not been emptied and there was hair in the shower. It felt like a mistake because the rest of the building was spotless. A plus : the small notebook with all the local tips from the staff. Nice! We would go back.

Prima locatie met de binnenstad en twee musea nabij, prachtige accommodatie. Bijzonder sfeervol ingericht, prima kamer en uitstekende service.

Supervriendelijk en flexibel onthaal. De kamers zijn basic aangekleed . Wel is er koffie , prikwater ect. Het sanitair is een beetje zoals het vroeger was . Toen wij er waren waren er weinig hotelgasten , dus qua hinderlijk lawaai kan ik niets zeggen.

Chambres familiales très appréciables. Hôtel neuf, propre, déco moderne et originale. Grande chambre, grande douche. Le centre ville de Gand n'est pas très loin à pied mais il faut tout de même compter un peu de marche (pas de station de tram à proximité). Seul bémol : les bruits de canalisation de douches ou autre entendus dans les tuyaux qui passent dans la chambre à partir de 7h.

Leuke plek voor een tripje Gent met gezin. Loopafstand van de binnenstad, tof gebouw en ruime comfortabele kamers. Wij waren positief verrast!
