Location is great, near the castle and lots of tourists spots. Room is a bit small for two but not a big thing. Room is clean. Nice staffs.

Good stay, very central location. Parking spaces are quite limited, so make sure to call before arriving to check if there is space.

The room was fine. We needed extra bedding and 2 nice staff came immediately and made the extra bed for us. However! We arrived with a reservation confirmation of 2 adults 1 child. Their confirmation had 2 people therefore the room they had was too small. They did have another room for 3 they said we could have but it would be 30 euros extra. At the time we simply agreed and paid as there was a big queue behind us and the amount was small. Buttons seemed like a con to extract more money from us, it wasn't our mistake as we had confirmation for 3 people at the designated price. It's a shame as I really liked Ghent and will certainly return but there are other hotels to choose from.

Very central location. However, no place to park the car for loading and unloading. Big minus that there were 6-7 guest parking spaces that were not used! Breakfast so-so.

We booked the room spontaneously for one night. Unfortunately, there was no parking available, but there's a parking garage nearby (about 400 meters). The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. The price-performance ratio was superb.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location in the historic center of Ghent. We had a spacious room, which was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the shower lacked pressure, resulting in a weak stream. The breakfast was fine, although the breakfast room is not very spacious. The hotel bar was not busy, making it less inviting. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel; it is a great starting point for a weekend in Ghent.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the castle and suitable for walking. There is a tall lady at the front desk who is very enthusiastic. It is a five-star service when she is there. The hotel is also very clean and reasonably priced. It is worth staying.

A slightly dated hotel, but with plenty of charm. It's a great location for exploring old Ghent and shopping. A wide selection at breakfast.
