Not a real B&B, no kitchen access, no plates or forks, no breakfast, clean but house smells like cigarettes, all items in the fridge for hidden extra fee

Such a nice and comfortable stay!! Quiet neighborhood and easy to venture into town. Very friendly and accommodating host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ghent and at the Rose B and B. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. Rose was so helpful with directions. It is outside of Ghent so travel time to the city center is at least 30 minutes with some walking involved.

Owner was very kind. Brought us tea and made us feel very welcome. The bed was comfortable and the room large. A nice guest house in a quiet neighborhood.

Apparently I booked a bed, not a room! If I had to go to the toilet, I had to leave my room and go across the hallway. The bathroom was down the hallway, down the stairs, up the stairs and the first door on my left… Oh, I almost forgot, you can’t lock the door of the toilet, but the owner reassured me that no one opens a closed door! I ran off!

Very friendly and welcoming. Could not have asked for more. If out this way again would stop here 100%. Stopped here as part of a trip around Europe on motorbike, this was my first stop. What a way to start.
