Really nice place. We stayed for two night and we had a wonderful room really spacious and beds were very comfortable. Really nice building and nice atmosphere. Lovely owners and great value . We also had breakfast and it was amazing and the owners were very friendly and happy to talk to.

Wonderful experience staying at La Lys We stayed here for 10 nights Irina and Victoria made our stay perfect. The room we had was very large with a seating area. Everything is very clean and pleasant. There is a wonderful breakfast served in the breakfast room. A big selection of things to eat and all is presented in a very appealing manner. Prefect location with many good restaurants just a few steps away. A perfect stay!

Great location, room was clean, bed was comfortable, but we found bed bugs, after we sleep in the room, I had several bites. Complain to the lady at front desk about bloody bugs, she was kind of surprised but not concerned 😧.

Great location
Amazing location in the centre of Ghent. Spacious family suite. Breakfast was great. The curtains were a little short so was a bit bright in the morning. Be aware does have parking but you need to reserve a space and it you have to pay for it

Poor house keeping
Great location / and enough space for Family to move around . Stayed on the top floor which is a major inconvenience when you have heavy luggage because there isn’t an elevator. Biggest issue were bedsheets had blood stains on them !

I had a wonderful stay at this charming family hotel in Ghent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly warm and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The location was perfect - close to attractions and easy to explore the city. Highly recommend for a cozy and welcoming stay.

Ideally situated nice little hotel in Ghent
Athough there is no reception, everything was fine and the breakfast on time. Irina, the responsible for all, was very kind and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated in the city.
