The building is old and so noisy, couldn’t sleep well at night and morning. The water pressure is unstable which we don’t have hot water suddenly while bathing. It is the worst thing in Winter

York Great location. Virtue service but they forget to send us the door code. Wait for 30 minute outside before we receive the access code

Great studio loft in convenient location. Nearby parking stations made ut easy. Room on 3rd floor needed 48 stairs, last set very narrow, so not convenient if heavy luggage. Main letdown was lack of detail to servicing. Only one coffee mug, no coffee, one glass and only one fork. When texted agent, they were quick to rectify.

Unfortunately, our experience wasn't that great. The moment we arrived we noticed quite a significant leak in the room, below the sink. We messaged Heirloom immediately and someone arrived shortly (though without informing us that they would come; we were quite taken aback when someone knocked on our door). The person that arrived couldn't help and they were planning on sending someone else. When we came back in the room later that day someone had obviously been there, but the leak was still there. We couldn't use that sink for our entire stay. On top of that, we didn't have warm water in the shower (the water would turn cold after one minute), the tv didn't work and the room was overall obviously not taken care of (windows were semi-broken, the door of the fridge was broken, the shower door was inconvenient to open, etc.). Overall, it was very disappointing and though the city was great, we will not be staying here again.

OK accommodation Bad start due to lack of communication from the owners, they did not respond to texts or phone until several attempts. Did not get information about room or code for opening the doors. But once we got that by third phonecall, we were pleasantly surprised - the studio was large and comfortable, and fashionably cool. Bed was OK. Very good aircondition is a huge plus. Also, it's very central.The kitchen lacks kitchen towel and bread knife. Stay out of the laundry basement, it's full of garbage. All in all, good value and we would consider staying there again.
