The property looked wonderful. We were extremely excited to stay. However, our flights were cancelled due to the strikes in the country. And obviously we were unable to travel until a future date, we asked for some consideration partial refund (considering no cleaning/care costs) or move the date and was refused outright with no empathy 🤔 we travel regularly and would avoid this place. Quite disgusted at the lack of care from them.

We chose to stay here due to location and being a smaller hotel. The location is fantastic. Short walk to just about everything in the city center. Finding the hotel was confusing as it’s located in a piano store. There is only an small Plaque stating the name of the hotel with no instructions on how to get inside. Our room was clean and the 2 of us had plenty of room. We had to walk up 2 flights of stairs with luggage so be warned. The host was very nice and had plenty of pamphlets & maps available. However, this is the last we saw of her of the 2 nights we stayed. Nobody changed the towels despite us following the directions so we had to find them on our own. Our room (Billie) was on a busy street. Traffic & activity were loud. The room was stuffy and this prevented us from opening the windows. In addition our first night there was a party very close (felt like the apartment below us as we could hear people talking and loud music) and the party didn’t end until 5:45am! Needless to say, it was not a restful nor attentive stay.

We booked this stay at short notice because it looked fantastic, and on the whole it was. The property is an independent hotel which is what we like, and is very clean and well presented. The room we stayed in (Billie) was very nice, our bed was very comfy, but was 2 singles pushed together. There was air con and an adjacent communal refreshment area. The bathroom was very nice but needs a bit of an update (the shaving mirror was cracked and the light on it didn't work) The meats, cheese and fruit breakfast was very good with the eggs being cooked to order by the friendly staff. On any other week this room would have been perfect. Unfortunately the owners neglected to tell us the road outside had been dug up for drain replacement, and the road crews start work at 06:30 in the morning. Without exaggeration the whole building shook and the noise was unbearable as they jack hammered the road @ 06:42. This review could easily have been higher had we been given notice of how early the works started, but there was no mention of it, all we got when checking in was, "can you pay now" I now know why they were so keen on getting payment ! I would've happily changed hotel on day 2. This would have been a great place to return to other than I couldn't trust there not to be an issue that was being ignored.

Conditions inacceptables! Prix payé 180€ la nuité, sans petit-déjeuner. Enormément de poussières (chambre pas dépoussiérée depuis des semaines), traces au sol (chambre pas nettoyée), pelottes de poussière dans la garde-robe, présence de toiles d'araignée dans les coins (salle-de-bain et espace literie), matelas défoncé, coin cuisine à côté de la chambre très sale, vaisselle sale. Aucune réaction appropriée de la part de l'hôtel!

Top location on the second floor above a beautiful piano store ! Close to the historic center with spacious and clean rooms. We were lucky there was an event that evening in the building, with beautiful jazz music.

La estancia fue como quedarte en casa de un familiar. La habitación correcta, muy limpia y la cama comodísima. No pudimos entrar sat la tele porque no se nos conectaba, la verdad es que tampoco buscamos a la anfitriona, pero tampoco la vimos los 2 días que estuvimos. El baño muy amplio, la localización perfecta. (-) subir 2 pisos con la maleta por escalera, nuestras sábanas tenían varios agujeros, la puerta para abrirla y cerrarla tenía truco.

B&B très bien situé. Parking à 350m. Chambre beaucoup plus sombre que sur la photo, limite lugubre dans ses tons gris foncés et marron. On a envie de lumière, de tons doux. Le Rez de chaussée est superbe avec ses carreaux de ciment. Dommage qu’il y ait beaucoup de poussière sous le lit et les meubles de la chambre. La literie est bonne ce qui est positif Côté accueil, peut mieux faire… je pense que le business prime sur le reste
