Great service at this hotel from all staff - at check in, cleaning, bars and restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable - only draw back was a perhaps overly complicated system to tunr lights on and off which broke on the first night but otherwise well equipped. Great pool area and beach location - close to airport too

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was during the protests, but you would never know because the hotel is far enough away from the center of the city. The staff members were very helpful, especially Mirvat El Hok - her English was great and she always helped us get a taxi, let us know how much the taxi would be, and more. Our room/s were fine, with a balcony. The bed was a bit too soft for our liking but ok. The room service was quick, and the hotel was quiet. Overall, average, and sure, we would stay here again if and when we return.
